7-Eleven is a convenience store that embodies the brand's identity, boasting a unique selection of products, including fresh produce. However, the service is a different story. Some customers have reported encountering rude cashiers, who have been known to treat customers with disdain. One reviewer even witnessed a cashier being condescending to a delivery driver, calling attention to the store's poor customer service. Additionally, a broken cup holder spilled coffee all over a customer, leading to an annoyed cashier's reaction. On the other hand, the store's espresso machine has been a game-changer for one reviewer, offering a range of flavors and customization options at a fraction of the cost of Starbucks. A project manager, Melissa, has also been praised for her kindness and willingness to listen to customer concerns, offering coupons and taking steps to improve the store's service. In terms of atmosphere, the store is described as well-designed and spacious, with a layout similar to that of flagship convenience stores. Overall, 7-Eleven has the potential to be a great convenience store, but its service needs improvement to match its promising amenities.
Pumps are not taking credit cards, everyone has to walk in and pay at the register, where there is always three folks behind the counter but only one actually at a register. But it’s the only gas station in the area so I guess that is why their service only gets worse.

Worst 7-eleven in Dallas. Always dirty. Always out of many products. Restrooms are locked from 10-6. Management treats customers like an inconvenience. Parking lot is just a fender bender waiting to happen. Two stars because taco Laredo is awesome.

This place used to be nice when it first opened. Restrooms look like they haven't cleaned them for weeks.
