Of course numerous people suggested I should shop here for my jeans. So I decided to go in and find my perfect pair! Welp after being in there for 30 mins.in a Monday morning not ONE person helped me or asked if I needed anything and there was someone right next to me putting jeans back. What they say? “You ain’t got to worry about me!”

The Galleria store has more inventory than the NorthPark store near me but the service is TERRIBLE. Nobody said anything to you, they seem bothered and too busy playing around with each other to help out, the fitting rooms are self service and there’s no type of order and the POS system never works correctly. Management is obviously doing a very poor job with this location. Save yourself the trouble and order online.

Would not take my return even though I called before going. Staff are not helpful and seemed untrained. Expected better!

Rudest associates working at this location. I came in for an online order pick up. Waited in line for over 10 min and was refused assistance. There is a CLEAR SIGN SAYING SKIP LINE for order pick up. If you don’t want to work in customer service, find another job

Nice, well-stocked, organized place with great selection for men's. I appreciate the clearance racks and them stocking Extra-Small men's sizes for tops and bottoms. Customer service is top-notch and helped me with lots of returns and exchanges. I wish the fitting rooms weren't all locked though, as you have to flag down a staff member (and they seemed to be short-staffed and only behind the cash wrap) to access them. It's a "darker" store than the bright-and-all-white aesthetic of the NorthPark Center A&F, and I actually prefer this darker aesthetic.

Zero help from staff at this location, and in fact the staff was rude when I asked for assistance while I was shopping with my family on Easter. I will never be returning to this store and I reccomend you do too if you would prefer shopping somewhere that will actually be able to help when you ask.
