Rudest associates working at this location. I came in for an online order pick up. Waited in line for over 10 min and was refused assistance. There is a CLEAR SIGN SAYING SKIP LINE for order pick up. If you don’t want to work in customer service, find another job

Zero help from staff at this location, and in fact the staff was rude when I asked for assistance while I was shopping with my family on Easter. I will never be returning to this store and I reccomend you do too if you would prefer shopping somewhere that will actually be able to help when you ask.

I went in this morning and the tall blonde was callous and the short brunette is lazy. I went in to buy jeans & ended up leaving due to customer service alone. No one greets customers or asks if you need help and if you do ask for something you’re just a burden.

Nice, well-stocked, organized place with great selection for men's. I appreciate the clearance racks and them stocking Extra-Small men's sizes for tops and bottoms. Customer service is top-notch and helped me with lots of returns and exchanges. I wish the fitting rooms weren't all locked though, as you have to flag down a staff member (and they seemed to be short-staffed and only behind the cash wrap) to access them. It's a "darker" store than the bright-and-all-white aesthetic of the NorthPark Center A&F, and I actually prefer this darker aesthetic.

The employees are incompetent. One of the girls refused to manually enter my credit card & when I asked how much my item rang up for she said she didn’t know how to check? So now I have to drive back 40 minutes to get the sale price since she rang it up as full price.

Horrible customer service. Staff doesn’t want to assist. Needed to return one item, walked in with two forms of receipt printed and provided by Abercrombie and staff still couldn’t complete the return. The situation was frustrating but the employees lack of care and attitude made it worse.

This is a third time I’m shopping for my daughter in this location, and again the store associates attitude is below the expectations, I hope you can train the associates the basic customer service 101! When I ask a question about the specific products or sizes, it feels that they’re doing me a favor by answering to my question/s really? Today I made a purchase again, and I asked the store associate to get the portion of the payment ($100 payment ) from my digital prepaid Visa card by entering the info manually, the associate doesn’t have a clue how to enter manually the card info into the system, and she called someone else for the help, and the other associate came , and she even didn’t look at us , and with an arrogant attitude said that they can manually enter the card info into their payment system! Really? This is a first time I’m facing such of situation, that the store can’t enter manually your credit/debit card information!
