The worst experience I have ever had. I am a minor, and I took my younger sister to get last minute groceries for school lunch tomorrow. Everything was great until we got to the meat/cheese deli area! I went up to the counter, the man with the beanie was angry that I was there AN HOUR before closing. He mouthed off at me, complained that I was at the counter because apparently it was "closed" although the store closed at 10pm. I specifically looked this up before leaving my house and my studies as I am a HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT. Complete bigotry behavior, rolled his eyes and told me the counter was closed. I walked away and went to the nicer cheese area where a gentleman was very kind, I notified him of the situation and he took control. Got the store manager, who took me back to the deli area. At this point, I got on the phone with my mother BECAUSE I AM A MINOR and I was scared for my personal safety. The manager was very kind and let another woman worker help me. Once the manager was out of sight, she was a complete jerk and said "what the hell do you want because now I have to go get the cheese blade out again!!!!!" So I told her what I wanted and she went to the back to get the blade. Then, the beanie man started SLAMMING all of whatever he had behind the counter, trying to intimidate me and my 10 YEAR OLD SISTER. My younger sister started crying at this point and my mom told me to leave the counter. I dropped my items and left. I will never come back to this location, if you are a woman stay away. I was completely disrespected from this bigot and even another woman!!! I work as a restaurant employee and we stay and WORK from when we clock in until the restaurant closes. DON'T COME HERE!!!! The manager and cheese counter employee were very helpful and kind, if I wouldn't have had their help, I would've called the police.

This Whole Foods is my favorite grocery store by far! James (the beer guy), Andrew (the cheese & food/drink pairing guy) and Ed (the wine guy) are so friendly and knowledgeable. We love chatting with them. You can grab a beer, shop around, try a cheese sample and make grocery shopping an enjoyable and fun experience! Their vegetables and fruit are always fresh and tasty. Highly recommend!!

Air conditioning is broken at this location in with temperatures outside around 107. Embarrassing that they would have the store open and make it miserable for the customers let alone employees. This location and other Dallas ones have gone down hill since the amazon purchase but this is an all time low!

Love this store! They have helpful knowledgeable staff that are willing to answer all of your questions. They have a bar with food that is very popular with many that live near by.

It's not a regular package kiosk where you can enter a code & get your package. It has a person and if they're not there, you can't pick up or return packages. It's only open 9 am-7 pm so if you work during the day, it's not convenient. Don't bother contacting Amazon customer support, because they can't do anything to help.

Typically they have everything you came into but but on some occasions they miss the mark. I was here on Tuesday and was planning on prepackaged Egg Salad, none on shelf, the lady who appear to in process of restocking, well she had clip board and was counting, said maybe tomorrow, which would be Wednesday, nope, Thursday there wasn't any tuna, chicken, or egg! Today is Saturday, you already know where this going, they did have some regular tuna. Why even sell any of this stuff if you cannot keep up. Don't try they must have already sold out routine. PS - I am sitting at a table right by the Self-CheckOut, it is Filthy, dried food from yesterday!!!! Gross! There are other stores, if you really care to know, and aren't just trying to scare off your remaining customer's.

Firstly Reviews are more accurate on yelp because they cannot be removed or be paid for removal like google reviews. Take what you will with that. Our Incident was on 4/8/2023 around 9:30pm. Seems like they have a new crew of fake security guards that like to racially profile brown/black people and literally be followed through out the store. (This was our case)Now mind you I'm a frequent shopper here, this location is literally down the road. My partner and I frequent the bar here for the fantastic local brews often. So its really disheartening to be treated in such a way; More like a shock really. Especially when both of us actually used to work for Whole Foods in our early careers for about 3 to 4 years. This needs to be addressed, no one deserves to be treated in such a way. Until then i advise others to go to Sprouts or maybe another WF location where you are actually treated like a human being.

Amazon Hub = 5 Stars Bathroom closed = 1 star Its actually a nice clean Whole Foods with a lot of seating and a drink/food area. I dropped off my amazon package at the hub (which I have used many times) and thought today I would study here, grab some food & coffee...then saw the bathrooms were closed. Unfortunate. I always have to use the restroom after a coffee. But I will be back.

Always love stopping into this whole foods when waiting on my car to charge. The layout of the store is easy to follow and the store is always so well organized. And the staff at this location is always top-notch! The last person that asked me if I needed anything knew exactly where what I needed was and it was an item that there was only one left of. She was on her game! Great place to get what you need!

The Whole Foods on Park Lane is our go to Whole Foods. We typically get great service and the people are friendly so that's what we've come to expect. However, this past week in the fish department I asked for three fillets of Seabass. I did not specifically request that the gentleman behind the counter debone it but that is usually the type of service we get. When I got home I realized it had not been deboned. Who wants bones in their fish? It just reminded me that you always have to ask specifically for the service that you want because people aren't just going to give it to you.

Very convenient. If you are taking public transport or walking the whole foods is on top of the parking garage there is an elevator in the parking garage parallel to the back of the Aveda.

The manager named Garland discriminates against people with Service Dogs (SD). He approached me last week and told me that my SD can't be in the bulk food section. He told me that my "support dog might cross contaminate the food"!! I told him that my SD isn't an Emotional Support Dog (ESD), but she's a trained Service Dog. He said that it's semantics and I responded with it's actually against the law for him to tell me this. He said it doesn't matter what the law says, because he makes the rules! I asked for him the corporate number and he wouldn't give it to me. I asked him if he would treat a blind person with a guide dog the same way and he said he most definitely would. I informed him that he's violating the Americans With Disabilities Act and he said that he doesn't care. I contacted WF corporate and they sent a cold and uncaring email back. I guess that my next call should be to the DOJ and make an ADA complaint.
