American Butchers is a fantastic butcher shop with great products from great farms. They handle large parties, getting orders done quickly and accurately. The meat is fresh and excellent, with beautiful cuts and very tasty jerky. They are accommodating for specialty cuts or organs and eager to please. Their service is impressive and awesome, with an eye for great meats. They also have a burger bar and restaurant with incredible food, like a brisket sandwich and amazing grilled lamb. You won’t find a better butcher in North Texas.
I make the long drive to see Greg at least twice a month to stock up on my favorite cuts. Absolutely the best customer service in the industry and don’t get me started on the high quality beef! OMG!

Honest to God butcher making wonderful cut and tasty jerkies. Definitely try the Dallas kiss probably the most spicy beef jerky I have ever tried. Hits slow and steady all the way
