“Tiny paint drips on my front door resulted from repaint of the hallways. I sat down and entered the building app and asked if they would be removed. I leashed my terrier and headed to elevator to take my dog out. I past maintenance on the way. My door had been repainted with we returned from the walk.”

place is infested by Roaches.
Kitchen Sink is leaking a lot that under neath the cabinets is moldy and has a Foul Smell through the apartment.
Disposal is Broken.
Dishwasher doesn’t work properly.
Bathroom sink is also leaking. The exterior Lighting doesn’t work. The Refrigerator makes a loud noise.

“I spent a year at this place and no matter how hard I try, I can’t think of a bad thing to say. The leasing office staff and the maintenance team are responsible for my overwhelmingly positive experience at these apartments. All maintenance requests were responded to almost immediately, and any other issue I had would be handled by the front desk staff without any delay. The women in the front office went out of their way to make sure I had a good experience, even going so far as to offer feeding my cats when I was gone all day. The complex feels very safe and clean, and the maintenance team works their asses off all day (truly all day) to make sure of it. I had an issue with my microwave and the maintenance team ordered a new one and had it installed within a day. Getting packages in the luxer room is incredibly easy and I didn’t run into any issues. Parking is underground and there’s always spots available with elevators going directly up to your floor. The sound proofing is solid, couldn’t hear my nextdoor neighbors,(only if you’re standing in the hallway), though I got lucky with my upstairs neighbor because I think they made sure not to stomp around. Sure, I wouldn’t have minded a little more space (I had a 1B1B), but you’re paying for the location and the complex is super nice. So to everyone at the Marquis, your effort and compassion are never overlooked and I can’t express my gratitude enough.”
“Brady has been an absolutely wonderful place to live in Dallas. Michael in the leasing office gave us a fantastic tour of the building and all of its amenities, which made the experience really memorable. As runners, the close proximity to Katy Trail was icing on the cake! A few short months later we moved in, and Michael helped make the move-in process seamless. We were lucky enough to sign for our top choice apartment and have loved living here ever since. The other staff has been just as friendly and a joy to see around the Brady every day. Thank you for making our experience so great!”
“The ambiance inside and outside are excellent. The overall area gives good vibes and the lake is absolutely splendid. It's a good place for dining and partying in groups. The area offers options for walking/running/jogging by the lakeside. During nights, the area lights up well and is quite safe for taking walks along the lakeside.”
“I've been living at the Victor for almost three years now, and I'm about to renew again because I love the building, especially the staff. They are so welcoming and always so easy to talk to; their energy is just different from any other leasing staff that I’ve toured with. I toured with Noor; she did a great job offering me the red carpet treatment. I've never looked back since. I'm happy to call this my home.”

I was supposed to pick up my keys today for my unit. Norma called me before I arrived to let me know that my original unit had some issues that would not be ready by my move in time! She took the time to walk me through both units and show me the issues that are unable to be fixed. She proactively swapped me to another unit and was so helpful during this process. I appreciate her and her customer service so much!”

“The best place to stay good staff.we have a wonderful manger Mrs sandy is the best she always there to listen and she always there with a snack for everyone and all of the maintenance are wonderful but eddy works so hard for us ..I like cause if you put in a order something needs fixing in your apartment we don’t have to wait until the next day they comes to fix it same day .our bus driver takes us to store every Wednesday and we buy groceries and he sit patiently for us .we have plenty of time to shop.mrs sandy have dinner for us down though the year mother day,Christmas,thanksgiving .we have pool parties.you will love staying here.what senior living resident does all that .me and my husband love staying here we been here for 8 years.i love my neighbors we are one big family.we have a bus driver that makes our day he funny he keeps us laughing even when we don’t feel our best”

“Monaco on the Trail is a comfortable and well-built community with excellent spacious apartments and a great location right on the Katy Trail. The building is well cared for, even if it’s not the newest in the area. The staff, especially Danielle, and Ruben, are always responsive, friendly, and attentive to residents’ needs. Maintenance is quick and reliable, and I never had issues with parking, safety, or packages. I would recommend this community.”
“So I am not a tenant but i want to say i will try to be. Colleen went above and beyond in the rain with me in the cold and helping me measure and come up with ways to make things fit etc. She was sweet, very very willing to help, and was just all over a huge huge joy. She did not rush me at all, we even went back to the unit to measure and try to find me a storage unit. I literally cannot thank her enough. I was a leasing agent many years ago for 5 years, and trust me, the times have changed with customer service at a lot of places-but she is just a gem. I hope she stays like that forever.”
