We recently moved in and encountered a few basic concerns with cleaning and water drainage, which are common in vacant units. Our requests were handled quickly, and Richard took it upon himself to resolve all the issues as soon as possible. The entire maintenance team is highly responsive, and Samantha has been a great help in reassuring us throughout the process.”

I would recommend the Gables water base on the location, amenity and the beautiful lake view. The apartment is well kept, managed and very secure. “You don't really know what you have until it's gone. I lived her for only a year and at the time I might have written a more meh review of the place. But after having lived where I currently am for two years I miss Waterwalk. The staff are super nice and are very willing to help no matter. The apartments are new and the location is great. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was its a little pricey for how small the apartments are. And the amenities aren't that great. Like the coffee bar and dog area are just a Keurig and a patch of grass. But if you have the cash in your budget its a great place to live.”
“I have been a resident of Hidden Ridge over 4 years. Although, I don't have many complaints. Barbi L has resolve my issues in a timely effective manner. My experience with Barbi L has been extremely professional, and very gracious, and polite which these days are very rare. I am sure the other staff members are just as professional but I haven't had the pleasure to interact with the others staff members. Kudos Barbi for excellent customer service and getting my issues resolved”
“Had a few issues but they were resolved very quickly, the manager Vanessa is very polite and understanding. Maintenance comes quickly when there is an issue. Only issue is that there are limited parking spots but that's a minor issue. I would definitely recommend people here!”

“I have been living here at Pebblebrook for many years- I have read all the bad thing they put about Mary. They are not true, Mary has been the most helpful manager we have ever had. She has been here 3 years and manages 4 properties with her maintenance staff and they do a great job. I am positive when people talk crap about an apartment complex or a manager it's because they moved out with out notice or has been asked to move because they were not good tenants always having issues with you. Mary can not control mother nature, that is the only time we go without power. Mary is always putting out notices about everything, she communicates well with residents. If you have roaches let her know and she gets pest control out here. I have seen some pretty nasty residents that live nasty thats why they have roaches. This is a very old property and Mary and her maintenance work very hard.”
“Beautiful place to live, it was a great experience during the two years that I lived at The Carolyn, the view of the lake is Peace, we had very good times, the architect who built that building is excellent because the façade and the open spaces of the building are very well designed, it's a shame we had to leave due to changes in work location, I would live here forever! Thank you the Carolyn, You are the best, it was a pleasure!”

“This goes out to the maintenance team Rudy in particular... When I say this winter storm has been a beast. My heater went out first then the entire power to my unit and other units connected to my building but Rudy did not stop. He contacted whom he needed to fix the issues and checked on me constantly, brought me a portable heater even made multiple trip to make sure I was ok and satisfied with the service. He did not give up until I had full service back to my unit. Much love and thanks to Rudy Avalon Villas maintenance department.”
