“We moved into Eastshore last year and it's been the best apartment complex. We have the B2I layout and our favorite part is sitting on our patio at night to watch the sunset over the lake. We live on the top floor and it's extremely quiet, we never have issues with noise or neighbors.The maintenance crew is amazing, along with the front office, they will recognize you immediately and always ask how the apartment is and how everything is going. Extremely nice crew of people working at this complex.I can't recommend this complex enough. We genuinely love living here.”

“I stayed here from 2020-2022. My stay here was lovely and this apartment was great, secured, amenities are good. When I moved out I got my deposit back, despite some stains on carpet. Only negative is AC doesn’t work well for 2B apt, but still management try to fix it. Overall it is a great experience, if this apartment isn’t far from work I would love to move back.”

Jackie assisted me on my visit she was super helpful and very knowledgeable of the community and the neighborhood. I really like their 788 apartment, I look forward to calling this place home. The office workers always call after work has been completed, to verify everything was done correctly. “You don't really know what you have until it's gone. I lived her for only a year and at the time I might have written a more meh review of the place. But after having lived where I currently am for two years I miss Waterwalk. The staff are super nice and are very willing to help no matter. The apartments are new and the location is great. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was its a little pricey for how small the apartments are. And the amenities aren't that great. Like the coffee bar and dog area are just a Keurig and a patch of grass. But if you have the cash in your budget its a great place to live.”

“I just wanted to give an honest opinion about these apartments. My husband and I have lived here for over 10 years, and we have seen apartment managers come and go, but the one that is the MOST hard working, conscientious, and go-getter is Eva Lazaro!!! She is the BEST manager these apartments have EVER had!!! It would be a complete disappointment and regret if she were to leave!! She treats this complex like it’s her home, and tries her best to keep us safe, and to make sure there are no unfavorable actions taken by residents or non-residents. Thank you for making her the manager here!!”

“One of the best places I've ever lived! The lake view, gym, trail around the lake, room quality - everything is incredible! I worked with Clay Green and he's by far the friendliest leasing agent I've ever worked with. It didn't take me long to trust him and I knew he had my best interests in mind. “I stayed at Hidden Ridge for two years... from 2021 thru 2023. I have to say my experience was wonderful. The office staff Debra, Monica, etc. are knowledgeable & courteous and always attended to any issues I raised with empathy. Never had any issues with service requests. They came on time if I had a request. In the last month I had no AC but they got me a window unit as I waited for a fix. Good area with a beautiful park to take walks. I had no issues during the period I stayed at Hidden Ridge!”

“IMT management and maintenance team were great when I lived there! They addressed any issues very fairly and promptly as possible. The maintenance team was always on top of things anytime I called them. The property was well maintained and I enjoyed living there. These facts made my stay more pleasurable as possible.
