“Victor is, by far, one of the best apartments I have ever lived in. Funny fact, it's actually the first apartment I've ever lived in by myself, and it's amazing. The concierges and staff are excellent. And the leasing team do a great job. I really love working with a lot of the people here and just talking. Everyone is very friendly, and they have a lot of events that involve the whole community, so you get to really know your neighbors. I would highly recommend you living here. You also have an excellent view of the city and easy access to everything, like parks, Katy Trail, and good food!!”

Update Living here for a few months every thing changed Keep posting for service and no responses place is infested by Roaches. Kitchen Sink is leaking a lot that under neath the cabinets is moldy and has a Foul Smell through the apartment. Disposal is Broken. Dishwasher doesn’t work properly. Bathroom sink is also leaking. The exterior Lighting doesn’t work. The Refrigerator makes a loud noise. What a Dump am disappointed”

“I recently toured Brady as part of our search for a luxury apartment in Dallas, and I was extremely impressed. Brady is a beautiful property in an excellent location, with high-end residences, great views, impressive amenities, and the level of quality we were looking for. What really made the experience stand out, though, was Celi. She was exceptional from start to finish—professional, knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. She knew the property inside and out, listened carefully to what was important to us, and made the entire experience feel relaxed and welcoming rather than transactional. She has exactly the personality and professionalism you hope to encounter when making a decision like this. Brady was at the very top of our list, and our ultimate decision to lease elsewhere came down primarily to the relative value of the particular units available to us at the time—not any shortcoming with Brady or our experience there. In fact, we thought very highly of both. I would recommend Brady without hesitation to anyone looking for a luxury residence in Dallas, and I would especially recommend asking for Celi. She represents Brady exceptionally well and is a real credit to the property and its management team. “Wrapping up 3 years at Dallas Urby as I leave DFW, and honestly — I'm going to miss this place. The experience was back and forth at times, but the good far outweighs the bad. The concierge team is a big reason why — Shahzad, Ben, and the crew always greeted you with a smile and made the place feel like home. Amenities are top notch. Great gym, great community energy, and I met a ton of cool people here who I'll stay friends with long after I'm gone. Location is a huge plus — right next to great spots like The Mexican, The Evelyn, Ospi, and Cabonne, and close to all the bar districts. Hard to beat. Leasing had a rocky start, but they've stabilized and seem to be in a solid place now. If you're looking for a place with great amenities, an awesome location, and a real community feel — 100% recommend Dallas Urby.”

While the greater city in other parts might be this, it is very safe for families. The staff are very friendly and were very welcoming. “I’ve lived at this Camden location for about 10 months. Previously I’ve lived at Camden Victory Park. Michael, the general manager covers both properties and he’s a big reason I was happy to move into Camden Design District. Obviously apartments all have their issues in Dallas - car break ins, package theft, and all else, but personally I haven’t experienced those things as they are not frequent (and I have a ring camera and get my packages in pretty quickly). Michael does an excellent job listening to your concerns and working to help you. I have to unfortunately cut my lease to move for a job, but the leasing staff has been absolutely incredible helping me through this (stressful) process. I was worried about my Pod being delivered, and they helped watch open parking spots to throw cones out so my Pod would have a place to be delivered. They were so kind to do that for me!! They really go above and beyond to listen and help, and that is something you won’t find at every apartment. They also handed out Chick-fil-A breakfast to us one morning, and that was an awesome surprise! The maintenance staff is also great! They are quick to come in and fix issues, and they do their best to clean up around the property. The pool is currently being redone, and I’m sure it is going to be such a nice area once it’s complete! They are also working to seal the garage, and I really like that they are continuously working to update the space and make things nice for residents. The apartment itself is a little older, but the price was reasonable for the unit. I absolutely love the screen door I have, it’s an excellent touch if you have pets or just want to get a little air. I live facing hi line drive, and it does get a little noisy with cars going by and the fire department is right next door, so I often here them going by. This is city living, if you do not want to hear that, go to the suburbs. On the plus side, the fire dept/EMS response time is excellent. My neighbors are quiet enough, I do hear them above me, but again, this is most apartments, so I cannot fault Camden for these things. The internet is a hot topic here, it does go out sometimes. I would imagine Camden has a contract with them so can’t cut it immediately, but I’m sure once that situation ends the staff will work to get something better, since they do listen to concerns and try to mitigate them the best they can. I have never had bugs or rats (not to say they don’t exist on the lower floors) but the team is working to get that fixed. I also have a cat so the rats probably know to stay away 😅 Overall, I really enjoyed living here. They are doing their best with what they can do working for a large apartment corporation, and I really appreciate that. When looking for an apartment, every place in a city is going to have the same issues, but what really matters is if the people running the place are kind and responsive, so they definitely get a 5/5 in my book.”
