“Nothing bad to say, except the elephant that lives upstairs. Amazing staff, amenities, and location. In about 10min i can walk to my favorite restaurants in Deep Ellum, or Trees & The Bomb Factory for events. The convenience of the food hall and The Shed is clutch. My electric bill averages $40, the pool has direct sunlight from about 8a-8p, and my massive balcony and view of downtown cannot be beat!”

place is infested by Roaches.
Kitchen Sink is leaking a lot that under neath the cabinets is moldy and has a Foul Smell through the apartment.
Disposal is Broken.
Dishwasher doesn’t work properly.
Bathroom sink is also leaking. The exterior Lighting doesn’t work. The Refrigerator makes a loud noise.

“A solid place to live in a great location. Maintenance requests were handled quickly, and management was good. One thing that was quite frustrating was that, because of the good location, a lot of people park right outside of the complex and then walk to work. And because the only guest parking is available on the street, and that is also the most convenient parking for residents who live in a unit right off of Thomas Ave, there is basically no availability for street or guest parking on weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM. Would be nice if they could add some signs that said those spots were for resident and guest parking. Even if it wasn’t technically enforceable, it could help with the issues caused by so many people parking there for work.”

“I moved into RATO in November of 2025. From the very start I could see this was the perfect place for me, very clean and quiet.
The management staff treat and speak to you with courtesy and respect! They are very helpful, friendly and polite and always greet you with smile. The apartment I choose was everything I wanted. The Maintenance team is wonderful here, always willing to help. I love living here!!”

“Wrapping up 3 years at Dallas Urby as I leave DFW, and honestly — I'm going to miss this place.
The experience was back and forth at times, but the good far outweighs the bad. The concierge team is a big reason why — Shahzad, Ben, and the crew always greeted you with a smile and made the place feel like home.
Amenities are top notch. Great gym, great community energy, and I met a ton of cool people here who I'll stay friends with long after I'm gone.
Location is a huge plus — right next to great spots like The Mexican, The Evelyn, Ospi, and Cabonne, and close to all the bar districts. Hard to beat.
Leasing had a rocky start, but they've stabilized and seem to be in a solid place now.
If you're looking for a place with great amenities, an awesome location, and a real community feel — 100% recommend Dallas Urby.”

I was supposed to pick up my keys today for my unit. Norma called me before I arrived to let me know that my original unit had some issues that would not be ready by my move in time! She took the time to walk me through both units and show me the issues that are unable to be fixed. She proactively swapped me to another unit and was so helpful during this process. I appreciate her and her customer service so much!”

If anyone needs to settle down , this is hands down the most appreciative place and the workers are very respectful which is a key point to me , even with issue that may appear in your apartment they are very good in responding to the issue right away , very grateful for the great hospitality and service”

A very considerate and responsive leasing office that has ensured that they answer every question or address concerns that I have. Special shout out to Halle who helped me with the tour even though I had signed up for the self guided tour, due to me not signing up for it correctly, I was having issues, but Halle didn’t hesitate to take me and my fiancé on a tour personally and was very personable, knowledgeable and thorough.
