Genius techs are friendly competent and answer my naive questions without laughing out loud! They treat me (89 years old) with respect and good humor. After their help, I can communicate with my friends and family, tend to my business and explore current knowledge and entertainment with confidence. Have been there for help with my i6 and i23 cell phones and for help once with my computer questions. Knox street Apple Store is "My Store "!

I bought a new phone from my wireless provider and was unable to update the iOS version via WiFi because of how old the original software on the phone was. I went in this store and was greeted right away. I waited less than 10 minutes to meet with a tech who got to work right away and connected my phone to a MacBook for the update. She also transferred everything from my old phone to the new phone. Overall it took probably 45 minutes. Great experience and wonderful staff.

Worst Apple Store I have ever been to. Untrained employees don’t know their own policies. Repeatedly misquoted company policies and then had to backtrack when they realized they were wrong. Took 10 times longer to do anything because they could hardly string a sentence together.

Unbelievably horrible service from Bells the manager as I have had to come back to store 4-5 times for same issue and was told that I needed to call into service support. Once on the phone with them they offered a phone replacement be sent to me even though I was standing in the very Apple store that could do it on the spot. I was on the phone with a manager and the manager in the store refused to do the same thing as Apple on the phone. Maybe they are different companies. ? Or maybe would rather inconvenience a customer that has had to make multiple trips to the store.

I made 5:45 genius bar appointment today, I showed up at that time and signed up. Waited more than half hour and even though followed up twice noone showed up and had to leave around 6:20. If we have to wait long line why we are making online appointments from days ago, really disappointing.

They were helpful with my trade ins for iPhone 15. I traded in my 12 and it was easy. Also easy to pick up new phone. Back up your phone at home so you can leave faster. I had to wait an hour and half after picking up my phone cuz I didn't back it up at home

Best Apple experience ever! Zeke & DC went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed, answered any questions & so quick! Can't thank them enough for being so awesome and taking care of my urgent issue within the hour! They deserve all the raises - If I could write 1,000 positive reviews, I would.

I went on a Sunday afternoon around 445 and parking wasn’t terrible. I was able to find free street parking nearby. The store itself is a typical Apple Store, clean, open, with friendly staff. I had an order pickup and was in and out in 10 minutes.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. Completely wasted my time waiting for them to tell me that they could not help me.I brought my 2015 MacBook in because I dropped it on the floor and my screen was messed up. I’m not the type of person to buy new computers every year. I’ve never had an issue with my MacBook, it worked fine. It was just unfortunate that an accident happened and I dropped it and it was unusable anymore. I walked in, and before I checked in I asked the guy if it was even worth waiting because my computer was much older. I wanted to know an estimate price on repairs, and if it was too much I was gonna accept my loss and continue with my day. No, I was told I had to check in and have a technician look at it and only then would I be helped. I waited nearly two hours to be seen, to basically be told that they wouldn’t be able to fix my screen cause “it’s vintage” and that there was nothing they could do. And then I tried to have them clear my computer and they couldn’t even do that. The “tech” who helped us looked like he didn’t even know what he was doing. He couldn’t even turn on his own monitor. I left, with my time completely wasted. This store needs to do better and let customers know that if they have a product older than a certain year that there is nothing they can do instead of wasting peoples time. Absolute trash. So just to let any future customers know, if you have an older generation of any device, don’t even bother.

The iPhone 12 is stuck in SOS mode, and there are no wireless networks that work or anything. Now, we are wasting time trying to troubleshoot the device. Waisted time, patience, and a lot of run around. Metro blames apple, apple says it's metro, and then we are routed back to amazon where we bought the device. It is supposed to be unlocked and available, but the network says the phone is not allowed. It's annoying and frustrating. Everyone passes the buck, and no one wants to help. So, over all this, really.

Always make an appointment for the Genius Bar, if you really want to be seen and shuffled through quickly. ?BUT I have come in once before with no appointment when my phone wouldn’t come out of a reboot, and they did help me within 15 minutes and were very helpful and nice. This time around this visit there wasn’t much they could do for me as my phone was completely smashed… lolBut always great service. They’re super busy, so like I said I suggest you don’t just walk in expecting help immediately.Parking is in the back, you can’t park next to the store as those are reserved for the little shops. There is also parking across the street behind those establishments, either way there is plenty of parking in those two areas.

If you’re in the Dallas area definitely go to this location as opposed to the North a park location. Went to the North park location to buy my air pod max and it was difficult to get a reps attention.Where as at this location I was immediately greeted by super kind and helpful employees! Along side that every single employee at the Genius Bar was helpful.My appointment was with Elvira . Sooo incredibly helpful explained all my options , what the problem was and all possible solutions! Seriously she needs a raise . So helpful!I was there for a while waiting for my watch to update and I was able to notice how helpful all of them are! Super professional and knowledgeable!I also bought a watch band with Jake . He was so kind and patient with showing me options! And even helping me put my watch on .

Classic and streamlined apple experience. I had preordered a product, within seconds of walking in someone was on it and I was standing in a spot waiting for my product, which arrived a couple minutes later. Very fast, very efficient.Unrelated to the review, one does have to ask if they randomly insert undercover Apple reps into the Genius Bar, because I overheard some conversation where the customer and the tech were basically just talking about how amazing Apple products are. Thought it was funny.

Great immediate service: 5 starsSelf check out via phone: 5 starsI have been here a few times and each time I am greeted at the door and directed where to go as soon as I walk in. What I especially like is that I can just grab what I need and pay via my iphone as I am walking out. I was rushing to work and needed an apple watch charger to get through the day and got it with no delay.I guess the only downside is the parking situation. Trader Joes has a 3 floor garage and Starbucks has a big parking lot behind it if you couldn't get a spot in front of the store.Thanks Apple!

For context: I broke my phone with water damage. I had to go to the Apple Store for a replacement. They replaced that phone and had me off my way in 20 minutes. The service was fast and (almost) impeccable. The reason it was 4 stars is because they couldn’t transfer my phone number at the time, when it became clear they could, it wasted some time. Otherwise great service and wonderful people
