Customer Service was excellent but I tough that they open the ipods to fixed it mine is not charging but no they just do basic customer service and they just offer me to either buy a new one or use the guarantee but it cost more

No where to park had to circle the block few times to find a spot 2 blocks away to park wait time was 40 minutes after appointment time
