Im ready not the one to the reviews but it was terrible customer service at this location no gretting at all the guy said he didn't know anything about android phone only apple.
Unfortunately I had to go to another att location in duncanville and they were actually very kind and able to help me with my issue.

Wait time was short, was assisted within 10 minutes of my arrival. Sebastian assisted me and was able to help me out completely and efficiently. He answered all of my questions and was helpful with suggestions pertaining to my account. Sebastian is top notch
