Hours: Based on the reviews, the AT&T Store in Dallas off Ledbetter in front of Walmart offers awesome service. Staff members like Amari, Latoya, Jay, Misael, and Priscilla are very helpful and knowledgeable. They answer all questions right away and are very patient. Customers were greeted as soon as they walked in and received great care with a great attitude. The staff explained everything and helped with sorting out issues like picking up old iPhones. They also gave info on how to save money bundling wireless and internet services. Misael was very nice and respectful, helping with a cancellation and phone unlocking.
