Recently moved in and looking forward to the new amenities. Move in process with leasing staff was easy and the staff is amazing. Location is nice and no problems with homeless people like at other properties in Dallas

I loved living at Villa Rosa. The amenities are great, maintenance is phenomenal. I only have a 4 star review because of the elevators always having issues and being out of service. Otherwise the staff is always responsive and the neighborhood is great; everything is within walking distance

So far my experience here has been great. There has been a couple of hiccups with the fire alarm going off while I'm trying to work, but nothing else to give me pause. I've lived the residents events and can't wait until the clubhouse is complete so they can be bigger and better.
