Visited this location inquiring about an iPhone 15 Pro Max screen protector. The assistant store manager Dee cut me off and said “they don’t make that phone anymore”
I repeated “I’m looking for an iPhone 15 pro max screen protector”
He cut me off again and said “they don’t make that phone anymore”
His own coworkers had to correct him and say that I wasn’t looking for a phone I was looking for an accessory. Very rude and wouldn’t recommend anyone who values service and quality to visit this location and I’m sure this isn’t apart of AT&T customers promise and values.
I made my purchase as necessary and will not be back.

Tavares was my sales person. He was very prompt to help when I walked in. Zero wait time. He was very friendly throughout the process. He tried to sell me on the watch and tablet promo, but I was not interested. Overall was a good and quick process.

Marc was our man when helping me trade in an iPhone 14 Pro for an iPhone 16 pro for the premium trade in special. We were at the store 2 different times and both times he went above and beyond with customer service and hospitality. Highly recommend Marc for your AT&T representative when you are visiting this store.

Marc was knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about what he was doing. He was authentic and very welcoming, made helpful suggestions but wasn't pushy and was seemingly interested in finding out why I was there and what I needed so he could help address those specific needs. 10/10 would recommend.

Had to get my SIM card replaced and happened some what quickly but the customer service associate was super rude about the fact that we didn’t know how to go through the process our selfs and kept walking away while we went through the process. That being said just expect to be here for a while no matter the problem.

Kai not only was able to answer all my questions regarding my switch of service and number but his personality and professionalism along with knowledge of the products and features makes him an outstanding employee and a pleasure to work with. I'll definitely be back to see him specifically on my Apple Watch purchase.

The customer service person couldn’t have cared less about helping me. I went into the store to try to stay with AT&T but at least switch my plan to a more competitive rate compared to current TMobile and other carriers’ plans. He was so disinterested in helping me it was ridiculous. 100% different experience from the incredible customer service I received at the TMobile store. After this experience, will look to switch both my accounts to other carriers
