My recent visit to the AT&T service center in here left me deeply disappointed. The employees seemed disinterested and were preoccupied with their phones instead of helping customers. When I approached them for assistance with unlocking my phone to switch services, they dismissively told me to call customer care without offering any explanation or guidance. Their indifferent attitude made me feel disregarded and frustrated. It's crucial for the management to address this issue promptly, as it reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.

All of sudden, I noticed that I couldn’t make any outgoing calls. I couldn’t even contact my family members. So I immediately walked into one of the AT&T Store on the OakLawn & Rawlins in Dallas. I was given full attention & welcomed in attending to my needs with few minutesSpecial thanks to AT&T representatives like Marc! who make us ‘Walk out of the store with a smile’! Im a very Happy & Satisfied AT&T customer of 12+ years & continuing!

We went to an ATT location today (3329 Oak Lawn Ave, Dallas, TX 75219) and this resulted in the worst customer service experience my family has ever encountered. We wanted 1Gig and she signed us up for 500 mb instead and could not update it because it’s pending. We also wanted to start a new wireless plan and she started my wife on a plan without educating us on what first net was or what the plan included and wasn’t able to transfer my number over. Leaving us to call customer service to no avail. I still don’t have my number transferred we’ve been on the phone for five hours. My wife can’t even access her login for our wireless account …. We did all of this to get me a new phone because mine is broken and they were unable to place the order for the new phone. I have no phone, no line, and the wrong internet.

Moved somewhere where internet is INCLUDED. After dropping off equipment with the store manager RODNEY a year later this has hit my account for collections. Unprofessional and unpleasant experience.

Very poor customer service. I came into the store with a simple request: get information about the cell phone plans that were available to me.The employee I interacted with was rude, uninterested, had a bad attitude and was clearly under the influence.Let me be direct: he was not interested in my business.Yet, I clearly re-explained my needs but had absolutely no information given to me. I wouldn't be able to tell you anything about what my options are since he explained none.I don't want to waste my time and neither his. I left in less than 5 min. That's not how you interact with customers.I have been a customer at AT&T for 10 years.
