I purchased a new iPhone at the AT&T store on Lovers Lane in Dallas, Texas on October 13, 2024. The AT&T clerk took my old iPhone and erased it, saying I did not need it. Because he did that I cannot reactivate my email accounts because Google keeps sending the authentication to the old iPhone. So I have a very expensive new iPhone that I cannot use!!!
I went back to the AT&T store today and they could not help me. Went to another AT&T store, and got the same answer, sorry can’t help you.
Outrageous.

I thought they were so great since it was fast...I asked for a Samsung Galaxy S24 that was $15.99 per month with the installment plan (I specified the amount as well). Without saying anything or asking any questions as to what I wanted except if black was ok, he gave me the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra that is $35.99 per month. Without asking me, added insurance (I did want this), personal cloud storage $5 per month, AT&T Next Up Anytime $10 per month, Unlimited wearables...and hopefully no other unknown charges. I did not want the other add-ons. Only insurance.
