Tre and Mario are outstanding! This is the best AT&T store by far in Dallas! No matter what problem I bring, they always treat me with respect and kindness. I’m not technically skilled, so most of my issues are easily fixed….yet they are not condescending or put out with me. Their patience is commendable.

Yashua was quick to assist me with getting a new phone. He was knowledgeable on the promotions I had available to me and was able to help me reduce my bill slightly with my new upgrade! He mentioned he was NEW, it did not seem like it at all! Props to management for bringing him on board!
