"I have been an AT&T customer for a while. I went to make a cash payment for a cell phone I purchased at this store—money intended for the payment of the device, not the account, as I pay the account automatically. The woman who attended to me refused to give me my change, even though she knew I was only paying for the device. She made me wait for 20 minutes, claiming that I would have to wait until she finished serving another customer. She was disrespectful and aggressive all the time .I asked her for my payment receipt she give it to me 20 minutes after ,I left the store angry due to the poor customer service. I’m sharing my experience so you can address this, as I pay my bills promptly and don’t deserve to be treated in such a disrespectful manner."

BE CAREFUL MIGHT GET SCAMMED
This placed scammed my mom. In general this place is hit or miss, staff can be dismissive. This time however they crossed the line. My mom received bill $400 which is super high compared to the usual ~$320 ish. My mom called atnt and was told by the rep that she was being charged a home insurance, this was added when we recently bought the new iphone about 2 months ago. This was a surprise, we never agreed to an insurance, were never told about any details or signed any contract. The rep noted the workers receive a bonus/commission. Please avoid this location or be super vigilant because they charge extra fees/ services. The Lovers Lane location is better and the staff are friendly
