Sales rep Jennifer was absolutely wonderful. Her time, efforts and care were truly appreciated. She did a tremendous job applying my new iPhone's screen protector, attaching the phone's protective case, and getting my phone activated and set up ready to use. She answered all of the questions I presented and I left the store fully satisfied with the product and service. 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not just here but at almost every AT&T store I go to. After they sell you whatever you buy, they just tell you to call a number anytime you need help or have questions.This store specifically has terrible customer service. I went in today because the screen was cracked 9n my phone, and the heavy set Hispanic girl that was working( I didn't see a name tag) was more concerned with the conversation on her phone than the customer. She told me to call a number, and I said, "So yall don't do anything for the customer?" and she replied, "No, we dont."I'm going to finish this billing cycle and then probably go to verizon.

Not for this store in particular. But, AT&T sent me a prepaid credit card for $5 that I would have to call a number to set up. It ended up expiring before I got around to it. Just credit my account! Don't send me a piece of plastic for $5! So dumb!
