I'm not sure if I encountered a salesman having a bad day, but he was very surely and had absolutely no "people skills". Don't know why you would hire someone with a bad attitude to represent your company.

This was the worst iPhone store experience we've ever had! The staff was unhelpful and unwelcoming, and the store itself was dirty and empty. We felt very uncomfortable and regretted coming to this location. The employees were loud and more focused on chatting than assisting customers. When we finally sat down with someone, they seemed uninterested in helping and told us the phone we wanted wasn’t available. We ended up going to another store to buy the phone. I'm not sure why this location is even open—definitely avoid it!

They denied service to me and they didn't want tell me why so I can correct the problem and be able to do business. Is like going to the doctor and tell you you are sick, but doesn't tell you the problem or how to fix it. Very poor service on my opinion, it made me feel very sad and discriminate. 🥺

Was assisted by abiodun, went in at 7:20, they close at 8 .. he was more worried about getting me out the door than actually assisting me. I ended up getting a phone that I regretted as I felt rushed… 0 stars if I could

No help whatsoever. If you have an elderly parent with dementia that can’t recall their 4 digit pin and an expired license with a missing phone they cannot & will not be of assistance either at this store or the 1-800 number. They tell you they need a pin code to be able to access the account to cancel it. They can’t access any other way which I find completely ridiculous. Every company has other methods to access accounts whether it be last 4 digits of social or other type of ID but not AT&T. I’m seriously going to be reaching out to the attorney general of Texas as parent’s phone missing but no way to get it canceled without a stupid pin that they don’t remember.

Poor service today, got a new phone but when activated by Att couldn’t access my Att email and the Att service staff and ultimately the technical support couldn’t either. Currently being forced to another provider. Surprised at attitude of the stores staff.
Tech support individual worked for 45 minutes and finally sent me a link to pursue more help.
Shouldn’t be that hard, it’s an Att yahoo account.

Choose a different AT&T. They’ll set you up w the right plan that makes them the most commission not what is right for you. Do not trust them, they wait by the door like car salespeople. Even if you have an account and need just an upgraded phone like me, they’ll change your phone plan altogether to increase their commissionable payout.

I'm only giving this store a 1 star because zero is not an option. We were lied to and conned into an installment plan that we did not agree to and promised a discount for nurses that was never applied. I tried to call the store and of course no one answered. Don't go here. Pick a different store.

Very bad!! Dee didn’t know what he was doing and didn’t want to help me with an unrelated item in which Johnny and Richard did help me the previous day. I needed help but he was not willing to help!!!!

Called for info on iPad… rep who answered phone doesn’t know different between #gb RAM and #gb of storage capacity …. I asked what ram version they had available and couldn’t figure out where to get that info. Its literally on the iPad box
