I went in last week to trade 12 Pro Max for 15 Pro Max and receive $1,000 in bill credits. The representative greeted with a less than welcoming look on his face and snacking on some chips. He looked at my phone and his I-pad and said $830. I said that doesn't seem right let me look up on my phone. He said I work here I know what it is. I went across the street to store in North Park Center. Oh, they closed that store. I called AT&T corporate, they said $1,000. I went to AT&T website and put in my serial#. It said $1,000. I went back to store with this information. Unfortunately got the same representative. He said not at this store you only get $830. I left and called corporate to get another location. I went to Preston and Royal store where I was greeted professionally and confirmed the $1,000 bill credit trade in. I got the 15 Pro Max with all data transferred and a few accessories....... It is baffling to me that AT&T spends a Gazillion $$$ on Advertising, Sponsorships, Stadium Naming rights etc yet when it gets down to the direct customer contact they allow this store 9100 N Central Expy to exist.

The first guy was decent. The second guy Adarius aka d was rude and when he asked if we needed help we explained the problem and said oh you gonna have to go to Best Buy for that. Which was a lie. When asked to speak to a manager then he wasn't in. Silvia stepped up and provided excellent care and service. Helped with all the issues and we left having some faith in the store. The "d" guy needs to be fired and not allowed to work with customers.

The representative was very professional and knowledgeable. The reception was fast and courteous and I found the phone I wanted and was able to get everything I needed right there. Fabian was an excellent representative to work with and I recommend him highly.

I have just left the AT&T store in tears and embarrassment. This store sold me a "free" Apple Watch in July but the employee, John, didn't use the correct promo code so I have been overcharged. When I went in person to have it corrected, I was told call "just call 611; we don't do billing here." (Even though this was their store location's/employee's mistake.). When I got AT&T customer service on the phone, Trae did try to ask the store manager, Megan, if she could help, but she just shook her head curtly without even doing the courtesy of looking up even though she overheard the problem clearly. I then waited 1 hour on hold in public before the call was dropped. I tried twice more, ending one attempt, because (get this) there was bad reception in the store! Another half hour goes by. What upsets me is being completely ignored for 1-1/2 hours while sitting in the center banquette of the store obviously getting upset. Not one clerk comes over to ask how is it going, can they provide info, am I doing ok? Even when every other customer leaves (including Megan without a backward glance), and I am all alone, 5-6 clerks sit down to hang out and scroll. I admit I did complain to all of them on leaving the store that I was really angry at being so purposely ignored; it wasn't busy. I still have to cancel this Apple Watch and now AT&T but don't go to this store. They overcharge, take no responsibility for their error, and ignore you. I'm so embarrassed because I never speak up like I did, and it just doesn't matter. No one cares here. (posted later)

I was Greeted as soon as I entered this location by the sales rep “Silvia”. She helped me upgrade my parents cell phones. She was very attentive with my requests, cares and concerns. Everything was done in a timely manner. I left there feeling good about my experience and purchaseI Appreciate Good Customer Service!Silvia did a Great Job! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

No one is helping me after they installs it. 2 days with out internet. Can’t fix anything, I literally hate at&t! The phone techs are useless as-well. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. I would give my experience a -1 star but that’s not an option.

I went to to the store one day and not one person would help me not busy they told me to go to apple to get help the next day I went back and the sales girl named Sylvia was amazing the best att rep I have rver met she deserves a raise she new exactly what to do to help me stuck it out the Emory time and did what ever she could in every way I got what I needed thank you Sylvia

I bought a new Samsung on Amazon and needed help turning it on. The young man I encountered when I walked in already had the attitude of “what do you want”. When I told him what I needed he didn’t have a clue how to do this. He didn’t even know where the SIM card was on the old phone. His attitude and lack of assurance of what he was doing caused me to walk out and go to a different store and will never walk back in.

This store has great customer service! They are quick to greet you and ask why you are there and attend to whatever you need. I was ready for a long wait and was in and out in under 10 minutes. I have always had a great experience at this store!

This place is a HORRIBLE store!! I did the phone trade in almost a year ago. They never gave me credit for my trade in and I've been paying for a new phone since! I've been in the store atleast 5 times to resolve this matter with promises they would get back with me. They never did! When you call the store they never answer! Employees are more concerned on leaving when they are about to close rather than helping customers that wee already inside!

I came into this at&t store to get my sim in my brand new phone activated. The lady was prompt and helped me but then left me for the back without any words. I waited expecting her to come back and check. She didn't bother. I had to walk all over the store to find her and continue getting my SIM card. I love a reverse service moment. Go to any other AT&T store! I promise it will be better.
