Horrible customer service from the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out. The guy that was working with me was very rude and not helpful and was annoyed by any questions. Would never recommend this location if you value customer service and to be helped. One star for good location

Normally don't leave reviews but this experience deserved one. Went in to seek help and was greeted without a smile and with sense of frustration by Tanner, the service rep. Without even trying to assist with our query, simply brushed us off, clearly was in hurry to go home, with more than half an hour before store closing. We've been loyal ATT customers for decades, perhaps take our biz somewhere else. One of the worst 'service' representatives we've come across.

I have done business with this location since it opened. Purchased many phones on both a corporate account and personally. I have always had good experiences until today. I went in to get a screen protector replaced which I had purchased with a new phone nine months ago. They claimed they were unable to do it because it was not showing on my account. I took the time to go home and print out receipts and come back. They still refused and made no effort to assist a longtime customer. No attitude of customer service. No attempt to help me the day before an international trip. They made it clear they are a corporate store so they don’t really care if I take my business elsewhere. I won’t be back.

I went into this AT&T location today to get help with phone and ended up getting my spectrum services switch over to AT&T because of the good southern hospitality and kindness that I got from the sales representative Dee… he was very nice. He explained everything to us. He walked us through all of the steps on getting everything switched over and he also helped us with getting our cell phone back on track thank you so much Dee for your help and we look forward to seeing you again in the near future for new cell phones.

I traded in my iPhone 13 for an iPhone 15. Zak, the employee for AT&T who helped me, did a great job in every way. He knew what to do and he was always very friendly in the process.

All I wanted was a phone upgrade. I've been with AT&T for decades and after my experience with this store, I am so close to ditching them for Verizon. In fact, I still might. I spent a lot of time going over the plan and the phone I wanted for my upgrade in this store at Preston & Royal - only to find out later that day that they set me up with the wrong phone and with a plan I did not want. In fact, the plan was more expensive and for a lesser phone. I called this store the same day to cancel the order and I was told it was cancelled. Then I get an email from AT&T congratulating me on the upgrade. So I called the store again and they suggested I return to the store the next day to cancel and re-do the order. I went back the next day to do that, only to find out it was too late to cancel and that I'd have to wait to receive the phone I didn't want, but not to worry about mailing it back, I could just bring it to the store. So days later, I get the phone and go back to the store (again) only to be turned away. They would not accept the phone back and now the only way I can return it is with a mailing label from AT&T. So, I had to spend another 30 min on the phone with AT&T so I could have them email the label to me. Then of course, now there's a trip to the post office. I just wanted a phone upgrade from a phone company I thought I could trust. What a disappointment.

I had a great experience at this AT&T location! Cameron helped get my phone upgraded to the new iPhone 15 and explained all the benefits along with it, as I am not very technology knowledgeable. Cameron was patient through our indecisiveness and answered every question we had so patiently and efficiently. The entire staff was helpful and would pitch in to assist us with the process of getting the phone switched over. Highly recommend this store and Cameron!

Ignacio was my rep at Preston Royal Dallas. He was very patient and understanding of my lack of knowledge. He helped me quickly and efficiently. And has great understanding of my needs. Best AT&T experience in decades of service.

I came in to upgrade my phone and they charged me for additional services I did not want and specifically requested not be added to my account.Unfortunately, be careful of pushy and misleading salespeople and be sure to pay attention to your next bill after you visit this store.

92 degrees with heat advisory today. On the way home from the vet and stopped to purchase new iphone for work. Oops! No Dogs allowed!! They sales guy was having kittens over my 10 lb dog on a leash. ?. Guess I'm staying at TMobile.
