All I wanted was a phone upgrade. I've been with AT&T for decades and after my experience with this store, I am so close to ditching them for Verizon. In fact, I still might. I spent a lot of time going over the plan and the phone I wanted for my upgrade in this store at Preston & Royal - only to find out later that day that they set me up with the wrong phone and with a plan I did not want. In fact, the plan was more expensive and for a lesser phone. I called this store the same day to cancel the order and I was told it was cancelled. Then I get an email from AT&T congratulating me on the upgrade. So I called the store again and they suggested I return to the store the next day to cancel and re-do the order. I went back the next day to do that, only to find out it was too late to cancel and that I'd have to wait to receive the phone I didn't want, but not to worry about mailing it back, I could just bring it to the store. So days later, I get the phone and go back to the store (again) only to be turned away. They would not accept the phone back and now the only way I can return it is with a mailing label from AT&T. So, I had to spend another 30 min on the phone with AT&T so I could have them email the label to me. Then of course, now there's a trip to the post office. I just wanted a phone upgrade from a phone company I thought I could trust. What a disappointment.

I had a great experience at this AT&T location! Cameron helped get my phone upgraded to the new iPhone 15 and explained all the benefits along with it, as I am not very technology knowledgeable. Cameron was patient through our indecisiveness and answered every question we had so patiently and efficiently. The entire staff was helpful and would pitch in to assist us with the process of getting the phone switched over. Highly recommend this store and Cameron!

Ignacio was my rep at Preston Royal Dallas. He was very patient and understanding of my lack of knowledge. He helped me quickly and efficiently. And has great understanding of my needs. Best AT&T experience in decades of service.

I came in to upgrade my phone and they charged me for additional services I did not want and specifically requested not be added to my account.Unfortunately, be careful of pushy and misleading salespeople and be sure to pay attention to your next bill after you visit this store.

92 degrees with heat advisory today. On the way home from the vet and stopped to purchase new iphone for work. Oops! No Dogs allowed!! They sales guy was having kittens over my 10 lb dog on a leash. ?. Guess I'm staying at TMobile.

Hmmmmmm. When I got in my car a commercial came on radio about full trade in credit at att store for my samsung. At store they said it would be $1100 for new phone.............

Eilidh was very helpful yesterday on questions about our bill. Had purchased a new phone, removed an old tablet from service and had upgraded our service plan. It takes a while for the online account to reflect all these changes. Eilidh was able to verify that all the changes were in process and would be reflected on our monthly bill along with credits. Best to go to the store and get your questions answered. We recommend Eilidh.

Worst wireless retailer and manager experience. They say, “wait for bill to adjust” but by that future time, there is no recourse. AT&T corporate said to take it up with the manager. The manager evaded me and my phone calls. 0% ownership of the incident. Highly disappointed in AT&T horsing standards. Will NEVER do business again with them. Beware, their mistakes become very costly.

They were on the verge of a one star att prepaid I bought a prepaid card 30 days ago was not able to use it until yesterday lol isn't it ironic so so many representatives hung up didn't call back even caed the phone during activation still left is stuck out but a creepy auto call came in yesterday phone started working I called ask for a credit to no availability today Ms Roseman saved the one star review I was going to give she got my account credited I wonder what they are going to do for the 29 day mishap I paid for this credit already

The manager that runs this store is d*** and clueless and has no idea what she's doing. I tried to come in and purchase an Apple Charger and I used Apple Pay as a payment method. I got 3 notifications, that said the transaction went through. One for my Apple wallet, one for my bank statement and one through text message and she's going to still tell me that it didn't go through when my bank balance went down from purchasing that charger! This is going to have the nerve to sit in my face and say my bank is messed up, when my payment method works every time! And then say she's not going to give me the product until I pay again. She attempted to charge me $40 for a charger. Horrible service.
