I just came out of the store and both Mario and Christian were very rude. Christian being the manager started raising his voice at me. I asked if I needed to take a number because Mario went to help someone else that had just came in.
That’s when Christian out of nowhere just said “you know now I’m not even going to help you get out my store. “
That’s when I told him that there was no need to raise his voice at me
I need some response because I was humiliated in front of other customers

Big shouts to the team here at this location: Manager Johnathan, David, and Marco!! On numerous occasions I have tried to get my cellular service reinitiated or reset on my Apple Watch, both on my own and thru tele customer service to no avail. Walked in today and was promptly greeted by David who after I explained my situation immediately started trouble shooting with ideas that weren’t presented to me before via tele customer service. This team, working together, knew exactly what to do. They were so friendly and trustworthy that at one point I left both my phone and watch in their care as I walked over to 7-11, by the time I came back, all that was left to do was thank these guys and commend them on their service and troubleshooting abilities. A+ to the team out there in Dallas! Thanks guys. Seriously it’s actually been months since I have been able to properly use a service that I pay for monthly! Thanks again!!!!!

I have gotten several phones and accessories here and the staff is always wonderful. Today I popped in due to a Bluetooth issue and Jonathan the manager patiently and graciously solved the problem!
