I went in today to get a new phone. Mark assisted me with the entire process, and he was very friendly, polite, and professional. He helped me with the entire process, answered my questions, and made me feel welcome!
I wanted to give a 5 star review based on my experience with him. Unfortunately, I noticed the morning manager being very rude to several customers. She wasn’t exactly friendly to me either, but she was outright dismissive, and even hostile, to at least 2 other groups of customers. One group was already agitated and being impatient, so I sort of understand, but there was an elderly man with a question that she told to go away because she was “doing something with one of her employees.”
Wish I could have reviewed higher. The rest of the staff that came in after noon were all very friendly and welcoming. Hopefully that manager’s day gets better…

This commendation is not an endorsement for AT&T. I won’t bore you with the prior issues except to say I had spent crazy amounts of time on the phone with customer service and the Addison store was the third store I had been to in attempts to get the problem resolved. Mark was an absolute godsend on resolving the issues I had with AT&T. Within a few moments he had surmounted all the previous problems because Mark is a wealth of knowledge and experience. His calm demeanor and confidence demonstrated he knew the paths to take to resolve my issues. I am beyond grateful for Mark and his outstanding customer service!

My first time at the store was wonderful the salesperson I forgot her name that helped me she was wonderful she answered all my questions she was respectful and nice and I've been to three other AT&T stores never been to the corporate one and all the ones that I've interacted with are nice and have answered all of my questions for me and my family on all our AT&T devices and they will go to Great Lengths to get whatever problem you have solved by any means necessary

Store reps are standing at the entrance, do not smile , I assume they are there to welcome customers but instead the aproach you with long faces and just ask in a simple way with a “how can we help you” . Plain and simple. I asked the rep if thats how they treat all customers, with same energy or was it just with me, he looked at me with an angry face and said do you need someone else to help you . ? I said its up to you buddy if you dnt want to help its fine, so he went and got some one else , i do not think that is professionalism,.

My first visit at the. Earnest corporate store was over three hours. They totally didn't listen to me and messed up the order already initiated by a home rep. I ended up walking out from the trip completely frustrated, upset and swore I would never go back. And it was a corporate store. The manager was totally hands off until the end and he couldn't resolve what they had done in the first place. We had to completely start over.
