The AT&T store at Beltline/Tollway is a corporate store, and the customer service is absolutely horrible. At least twice, they wanted me to pay for a replacement phone when there was nothing wrong with my existing phone. This is the last AT&T store I would ever go to in Dallas if I ever needed anything for my cell phone. And if it ever came to that, I would start looking in Fort Worth or the Mid-Cities for an AT&T store. I wouldn't trust anything told to me at the AT&T Beltline/Tollway store. The entire staff is lousy starting with the store manager on down.

this store is very unprofessional ! i came in to get a old number for my phone for prepaid. a nice young lady helped me out an i paid 55 dollars. the line was suspended due to it being on installment from a different phone. she said that was a easy fix because it was prepaid, due to it being sunday she couldnt reach the prepaid people so i came back the next day still with no service an no line reminder i paid for this ! when i came back they acted confused an would not help me even the supervisor told me to pay again.. how?? when yall took my money! they will steal your money an tell you not allowed to record in a public place the black girl mixed with mexican with braids wouldnt even let me get her name which was anglia i believe threathed to call the police because they could not fix what they created! bad store an bad empolyees

First time experience using AT&T and it's been great so far, went to the store located at belt line and the service was fast, the person who help me I can't remember his name I guess is Raheem, he was very attentive and helpful, he explained to me every step about my activation with them, I used to be using Spectrum as a phone service but start having issues and somehow totally no communication at all so I decided switch my plan and I'm totally happy ?

I walked in to trade my phone. Cori greeted me at the entry and took me to assist right away. I didn't have to wait.He was cordial, professional, very helpful, knowledgeable. He helped me step by step to transfer my phone information, gave me a good trading deal, explained how it will reflect on my phone bill, etc.I walked out happy with new phone! Cori was awesome! Wonderful Customer Servise!

I called this location and whoever is rushing people to get off the phone needs to learn over the phone customer service skills .. I understand the phone is not available but you could have offered to order the phone for me in advance instead of a flat out “NO”. Been with att for years … I called another store and they were way more helpful and gave a simple direct answer. Problem solved . Going to farmers branch location instead .

I recently visited the AT&T store and had the pleasure of being assisted by Bobby. He was incredibly helpful in setting up a new line for me and upgrading my iPhone. His knowledge and professionalism were outstanding. He patiently answered all my questions and ensured I understood everything about my new plan and phone. His friendly demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Bobby for anyone visiting this store. Thanks to him, I left feeling confident and satisfied with my purchase. I want to give a huge shout-out to Erich! He's one of the repair techs at this location.I broke my screen Thanksgiving weekend, while out of town, when I returned, after numerous phone calls for support I was directed to this location, Erich greeted me with total understanding, and got me in quickly.
