This autozone is a somewhat bad place, they do not provide good service, they send you a suitable place either to check the engine or any test they say. What do they do and that limits one as a customer from being able to buy in this autozone I do not recommend it

I came to the auto zone frantically inland in desperate need of help, and they saved the day! Their customer service was better than I have ever experienced! Me not knowing much about cars and upset already, they helped me and fixed exactly what I needed with no problems! Thanks so much!!!

This was the second time I go there. Probably the last one cause the first time I went to exchange an antifreeze because it wasn't right for my car like they assured me at the cashier. Well I went to exchange it for one that could be used on my truck and they did do an exchange but for a washer fluid. So basically they did as if I had exchanged the washer fluid which was like $7 dollars but I took the antifreeze which was $22 so I gave them the wrong antifreeze back they gave me $7 dollars an my "refund" and then they gave me another antifreeze and I had to pay that which was $14 dollars . Sooo I got home saw the receipt and I was sooo mad ? . But stupid me for not seeing the receipt at the store before leaving. Well second time around I went there to get motor oil and the oil filter and the old guy there tried to charge me for two motor oils and I clearly had only one . HE BROUGHT IT!! So I tell him and he said "sorry about that" , but I gave him the money and as he was getting my change from the cash register he laughs. Like something funny was said. Clearly he thought because I was a girl he could scam me. But NOT TODAY sir

Very positive experience. Staff member was very friendly and went beyond the minimum necessary to insure that I was purchasing the right product for my car. If you’re a night person, go after 9 p.m. I was the only customer in the store.

The guy that was helping me was the worse customer service that I have seen yet. Didn't even look at me much less talked to me and to top it off I believe he was a manager. Didn't really want to help me. Will not tell people about this location. I wish I would have gotten another person to help me. He need to be retrained.

LISTEN UP LADIES! At the time of writing this (May 2023) this location is moving in an amazing direction. I am in the parking lot writing this review because I want other ladies to know. The majority of employees at this location are female and friendly. I just walked out after seeing 3 female employees and only one male, one of the females who appeared to be the manager. So for any ladies who fear doing work on their own vehicle, and worry about being mansplained (or experiencing the classic hardware store trope) I urge you to try coming here.

I went in tonight suspecting I needed new battery. I went in a little before 6 and was helped by Christopher. He was friendly and personable and although his shift was set to end in 15 mins and they were very busy with the after work rush, he made sure I was taken care of. He diagnosed the issue, validated the warranty, then helped me out immensely by installing it. He stayed a bit late because of me, but he never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience and made the experience very enjoyable. Big kudos to him!
