The team is patient, accommodating, and knows what they are doing. Service is described as very fast and they come in clutch for customer needs. The commercial staff is noted as one of the best. Had to stop in for a battery warranty claim/replacement, and the customer service manager (I think his name was Carlos E? Might have the first name wrong but the first initial of last name was E) helped me to swap out the battery. Whole thing took less than 20 minutes. Thanks for your help!
