The Bank of America Financial Center is noted as a beautiful building both inside and out, and it is a big part of why people say downtown Dallas is pretty at night. It is Dallas's tallest building. The subterranean level hosts a food court with options like Grandy's and Subway, with seating areas nearby that have a view of a small waterfall and Koi Pond. The building also contains a fully restored 1957-ish BMW Isetta 300 in one of the main lobbies, which is a cool sight. Employees are described as helpful and amazing. The building is a neat place to visit for a bite to eat or to see a cool building and car. It connects to the Dallas tunnel system, though it is noted that the primary tenant will be leaving for a new tower.
Fun place to jog downtown with a great atmosphere and plenty to see along the way. Just be aware that they won’t let you inside simply to get some water, so plan ahead and bring your own water bottle. Overall, a nice spot for a run if you’re prepared.

This is a financial center. Not a call center. If you call expecting customer service you are calling the wrong number. I've visited several times and no its not perfect but I know what to expect unlike a lot of these reviews.
