Mary was ultra helpful and explained every step as she went through the testing, which made the whole process feel comfortable and really interesting. “This credit union is the best! They will actually work with you unlike the big banks. I have had Prestige loan to me when the big bank I have been a part of for almost 30 years would not. (didn't catch the exact spelling of his last name) with the Lover's Lane, Texas branch of WaFd went above and beyond with some help I was asking for regarding my checking account. He followed up with multiple calls and even called my home branch to check in with them and give them some details that were going to be helpful even though none of this was expected or required of him.

“I had an auto loan with LSCU. They were real easy with the refi from previous loan payoff to LSCU and since I had a great credit score I got a great rate. I paid off my loan, however I did have one hick up due to insurance (not my fault) and Jessica helped me with getting the loan overpayment corrected and the title sent to me. Other than that, I had a great experience with my loan at LSCU and would like to use them again in the future. Thanks!”

“Reina at the cockrell Hill location in Walmart was and I still especially helpful and never fails to address my banking needs whenever issues arise. When I first encountered this particular first convenience banking associate manager
I was down and out and in severe dismay on several personal fronts i.e. homelessness ect. Raina on several times help me with my banking needs sometimes on the emergency basis and was able to remedy every single time without fail. She showed complete impartiality towards me despite my circumstance and was the professional in every facet.
I have since reestablished (housed) and have become a working member of society. This was in part due to the help I received from this individual that is employed with this banking system.
She deserves clout for this and without her it could not have been possible.
She deserves recognition for this and should follow her in her permanent record when reviews come up.

“I had seen widely mixed reviews of this bank that was recommended by my self directed *** ********** Being a digital nomad and setting an account up for an *** trust pose special challenges with any bank. I tried to use **** of America, which is my personal bank, and wasted a month trying to set up a Trust account there. I spent another day trying the next four big banks before surrendering and trying Titan ****.I called the ****** office and got VM h*** and thought maybe the reviews about impossible service had merit. When I called ******************, not only did I immediately get a person that transferred me to the right person for my needs... that person worked with me well past 7pm on Friday to get the application done right. I am a ******* resident but I am in ****** right now and the Know your customer laws make them need detailed residence info. All above board, but we don't do addresses here and even with what would have been impossible in too many places, the account was open Monday and receiving incoming wire on Tuesday.two thumbs up and 6 stars.”
