(didn't catch the exact spelling of his last name) with the Lover's Lane, Texas branch of WaFd went above and beyond with some help I was asking for regarding my checking account. He followed up with multiple calls and even called my home branch to check in with them and give them some details that were going to be helpful even though none of this was expected or required of him.

“I recently opened my personal account with First Convenience Bank, and it’s all because of Reyna.
Back in April, I attempted to open a business account on two separate occasions, but unfortunately, I was unsuccessful. My accounts were eventually closed, and a cashier’s check was mailed to me. However, my mail was returned, creating a very frustrating situation.
Throughout the last two weeks, Reyna consistently followed up with me every day to see if the check had been received and kept me updated on the progress. She never gave up and continued working on the issue until she was finally able to resolve everything and arrange for a new cashier’s check to be issued.
