(didn't catch the exact spelling of his last name) with the Lover's Lane, Texas branch of WaFd went above and beyond with some help I was asking for regarding my checking account. He followed up with multiple calls and even called my home branch to check in with them and give them some details that were going to be helpful even though none of this was expected or required of him.

“I'd just opened my checking account online 09/09/26 and I needed to fund it. I went to the location on Buckner however they don't have tellers. Edith was with a customer, however, with the customer's permission, she assisted me. She verified my account against my ID, provided my me a debit card so I could fund my new account at their ATM!
