Very good experience, I requested a loan for a car and the same day they approved it, very friendly, especially Lucía, who assisted me with my loan. She has a lot of patience and kindness, she resolved all my doubts, I recommend them, very good service.

Incompetent staff made us waste hours trying to open accounts just to tell us at the end that our paperwork was not enough after being reviewed throughout the whole process . We were told there was NO manager to approve our provided information because they were on vacation!!?? Really no management to approve it?

I came to cash a check from one of my clients and they said they couldn't cash the check. They had me wait 15 minutes so they could call other PNC banks in the area to see if they could cash it. They called a couple PNC banks and they apparently didn't get an answer and they asked me to go and check if they could help me at another bank. Are you seriously going to ask a customer to go drive around the city asking around other banks to see if they can cash a check. Besides trying to cash the check this other staff member was rude and had a bad attitude. I asked him if he knew the restroom code and he came and unlocked the door but he seemed mad. I don't know whats the deal with this bank.

The worst possible experience one could have when trying to find a home for my family. They’re very inconsiderate and have no compassion for people. We were made to believe that everything had been approved and set to close on a home, however this bank gave us the runaround prolonging the close date. Ultimately the seller went a different route. About 7K lost due to the negligence the bank caused, and unnecessary time missed at work as well. I understand that missing work is expected when searching for a home, but it was in my case not beneficial because in the end they we unable to finance the loan to close on the home. Honestly, I would not recommend this bank for any type of business as they’re like to scam people. I am very curious to know if this bank is using the funds they get from the federal government to be used in minority communities and in small businesses. Would be very interesting to know where it’s really being used in.

I switched to pnc about 6 years ago and I love it. Still the best. Easier than any bank to work with. Online portal is really easy to use. I haven't had to visit an actual location in years. Anyone having a hard time with PNC probably has problems with every bank.

I hope the manager of this branch finds this and reaches out to me. I am writing to express my absolute gratitude for the three (3) team members that helped me over the last few weeks. This group helped with successful domestic and international wire transfers. I am the Board President of a school in Uganda that is currently closed due to COVID - Terra Nova Uganda. The money (for now) pays for the teacher salaries and food for the children. It has been extremely difficult to get the funds into Uganda, so I was so grateful for their assistance.Robert Davis & Diana Perez handled the international wire; when I find the name of the other team member I will update this review because she helped with a domestic wire.All of them were extremely patient, thorough and helpful. It meant a LOT that they were all professional and active listeners.On behalf of Terra Nova Uganda, I am so thankful to have their assistance!

Worst costumer service ever!! Called on Friday to set up an appointment for a wire transfer on Monday. Waited for the bank to open on Monday from 7:30am to 9:00am and was told they don’t have my appointment I should come back another day. Meanwhile I have been to the bank 2 consecutive times to setup online wire transfer and they still didn’t get it right.
