I got in the mail an advertisement for a $400 bonus after direct deposit into an account. My direct deposit apparently did not go into the “correct account”, however, so I never received the bonus. No communication of this was provided. This bank is very poorly run and managed. I would not recommend it.

Standing in line waiting and didn't get a hi.White lady came in and right away hi.3 black people still in line.

ATMS never work. Today the Atm took my deposit, spat out some of it, said to contact institution. I check my account and the money it did take was not in the account. Beware.
