The overall experience is welcoming for all levels, from beginners to those returning after a long time.
I've been coming here for almost a year now and I absolutely love it. My favorite is Jeremy. He does power flows on Wednesdays and his flow is always so challenging and fun! Overall, thus is my favorite yoga studio. The teachers are great and so down to earth. The area its in is just a bonus ✨️

Scott's Yin class (9-10pm) was phenomenal !! This being my first time to the Bishop location and my 2nd time to yoga in a hundred years, it was the perfect class to get back into the swing of things especially for a night owl :)
