My issue was resolved by the company's customer service, but I do not recommend this location as they don't run fair business.We needed a car today, but it was inconvenient to find a car thru the website that's why we called customer service. A nice lady told us that at this location we can get a car and we prepaid thru the website. We put a reservation at 3.18 pm and showed up to pickup a car at 5.40 pm. The gentleman at the office told they didn't have any cars available. He advised us to go to the airport. He confirmed that we could get the car there by existing reservation number.He told that website shows wrong info: because they were sold out while website kept on selling. ?We were upset about false info by customer service rep and by the website, and about wasted time.We went to the airport location, but they told us that we need to put another reservation cuz they cannot rent out the car by reservation number associated with another location. Additionally, there are surcharges because it is an airport location so the car we wanted was twice the price.The lady at the airport apologized for the situation and offered us two solutions. We appreciated her clarifications, but:The manager at THIS location for sure knew the airport wouldn't be able to rent a car by this reservation. Of course, he knew there would be surcharges at the airport location, too!But he chose not to engage, and pass out the responsibility to somebody else.It's not the fair way to do business.We didn't rent the car. We lost so much time and energy and are highly disappointed with this location.Thank you for reading.

I rented a vehicle back on May 12, 2023 and when I got there the place was closed because the reservationist put the pick up time for the vehicle at 12 pm on Sunday and it closes at 12 pm ... so it put me in a bind and I had to go to Love Field to get a vehicle which cost me for someone to drive me there and then when trying to get my money I prepaid for the first vehicle they do not want to refund my money and I will go to the fullest extent to get my money!!!!!!

Rented a 16ft truck and car trailer. Initially let the manager know one of the trailer tires looked off center, he assured it was repaired and was not a big deal. Tire ended up separating from the entire trailer on the highway and caught trailer on fire. Needed to use fire extinguisher to put it out. Do not rent from Budget, especially from this location. Truck was dirty and equipment is not is good repair.

Do not rent from here. I picked up my vehicle and they claimed that their vacuum had been stolen, so the vehicle would be a little dirty on the inside. When I got in it, I had to get out my daughter's baby wipes because there were spills and sticky globs around the cupholders and dash (this is not something that needs a vacuum for cleaning). I had to fill the tires with air myself because they were all down to 30 pounds of pressure and I felt unsafe, not to mention that the vehicle had almost 50,000 miles on it, so when I filled the tires with air, I notice they were also cracked and in need of replacement.It has been about 2 weeks since I turned the vehicle back in and I just received a letter that I was going to be charged $450 for repairs because they found animal hair in the car, which violates the contract agreement. I DID NOT have an animal in this vehicle at all. They are trying to charge me for maintenance they did not do on their own. Whatever they think they found, it was there before they gave me the car and I returned it in better condition than when I received it. I'm absolutely disgusted by this. Save yourself a headache and do not rent at this location.

Inspite of a prepaid reservation, the car is still unavailable! Extremely frustrating. I overheard a customer commenting this is a common problem at this location. Why make a reservation, pay to secure and then be left hanging at the last minute?!

I own a successful Vegan Restaurant (@ajs2go). I use Budget quite often Airport and off airport locations. I must say that this location is superb. The owner is amazing the cars are new nice and clean. Zero waiting in lobby. This location stands true to the original Budget customer service and I’ve been renting with them over 15 years. When flying in book this location it’s a little far. But you’ll get the car you reserved or better. The entire process is less than 5 minutes (unless you don’t have what you need). But hands down this is the best location in Dallas an I’ve been to 3. Not too mention others states I’ve rented in, this location is by far the best.

Didn't have the truck we had ordered but provided us with a larger truck we didn't need which meant more gas and came with check engine light on our entire rental

Made a reservation online and took a cab over, to be told there are no cars after he looked at my reservation . Probably because it was a corporate reservation at a lower rate than crazy rates they charge. I can say that because there were cars out available and he rented out to another renter while I was there for same car and same duration as mine. Absolutely poor customer service from the employee at the counter, didn’t care, greedy practices. Despite having a reservation they made no effort to call and inform me that no cars were available. Will not come back to this location again.

We booked a rental via Expedia at this Budget location for a trip to a Missouri for a funeral. When we showed up at 8:30 am this morning, the rep, Andrew, looked up our reservation and simply stated they had no vehicles available. I asked if my reservation meant a car was supposed to be reserved and Andrew explained that this particular location is supposed to be “shut off” from booking from Expedia, but their system doesn’t allow them to do that. I asked how he was going to fix our issue and he said he couldn’t because they didn’t have a car. I asked If he could check Budgets around us and move our reservation, he said they do not have access to each other’s inventory. I asked if he could call another location and he stated, “When I called around yesterday, I found hardly any.” I said that was great because I only needed one and could he call around. He repeated that he “hardly found any” yesterday. So I said, “so you’re telling me that you literally will not help us and you will not call a single Budget to find us a vehicle?” He said … seriously… “when I called around yesterday…” I stopped him and explained I fully understood that, I’m just trying to understand if he’s able to help.I also shared my frustration that they were already open and didn’t even bother to call us before we left our house to cancel. I’m confident they can see my reservation- why not call me and let me be mad at home instead of in your store. That’s just simple logic really.I then asked what the next steps were to get the hold released on our credit card and get refunded for the $30 collision protection they already charged. He said he couldn’t help with that. He was going to let Budget Corporate know to cancel our reservation and they’ll figure it out. We left frustrated, and my husband was pretty angry on his way out because we’re just trying to get to his Grandmothers funeral.Thankfully, there’s an Enterprise less than 2 miles away that was incredibly helpful and had a last minute vehicle available. It cost us $120 more, and there’s still a hold from Budget that I’ll deal with Monday.I’m shocked that apparently Budget does not have inventory checking technology, and that they charge Collision Damage on vehicles they don’t rent out to you. Absolutely do not recommend.

This location specifically has a very poor customer service. Pick up a car for one day drop the car at the same location the next day . The bill appears on my credit card after 2 day find out that they charge me for 2 days call the customer service stayed on line for more than 1 hour but no luck drive down there told the guy my problem he said that he will request the refund from the corporate it has been over a week I still haven't get my refund now its time to give them 2nd vist this is my last time rent car from budget. I give them 1 star for being an ignorant .
