Budget Car Rental

Budget Car Rental, Car Rental
Hours: Based on multiple customer reviews, Budget Car Rental at this location receives mixed feedback regarding its service and reliability. Several customers report excellent experiences, describing the customer service as great, superb, and amazing. They note the process is quick and easy, often taking less than five minutes with zero waiting. The cars are frequently described as new, nice, and clean. One long-term customer states this is the best Budget location in Dallas, confirming that renters get the car they reserved or a better one. The owner is specifically praised for going out of their way to remedy situations. However, other reviews highlight significant problems. Multiple customers report not receiving the specific vehicle they ordered, sometimes being given a larger, less fuel-efficient alternative. One major issue involved a reservation made through the website and confirmed by customer service that could not be honored upon arrival, as the location was sold out. The staff at this location directed those customers to the airport, but failed to inform them that their reservation number would not transfer and that airport surcharges would substantially increase the price. This led to reports of wasted time, high disappointment, and accusations that the business does not run fair. Another customer reported receiving a truck with a check engine light on for the entire rental period. While many are loyal and satisfied customers, others have experienced significant inconveniences related to vehicle availability, accurate information, and transparent business practices.
