About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental provides a generally positive rental experience, though wait times can be long with sometimes only one person working at the counter. The service from the staff is frequently highlighted as excellent, super nice, very sweet, patient, professional, and amazingly helpful, with specific appreciation for employees who go above to assist customers, provide upgrades, and answer questions. Vehicles, like the Standard Elite SUV, are noted for being nice, spacious, and having room for trips and equipment, though some cars could be cleaned and maintained better. The return process is praised as much simpler than pickup, requiring just a drop-off at the designated area with no waiting. While there can be inconveniences like long lines or counter closures, many customers report having a great experience and would recommend Budget over other rental companies.
