“After getting treated like crap by Avis I cancelled my reservation and walked up to the National counter at DFW and in five minutes was in a nicer rental for about 30 percent less. Thank you to the DFW team for taking care of me.”
“Easy in and out from the terminals after a short wait for the shuttle. Relatively short wait in line to be served and then into a car and away within 10 minutes of that (and a walk outside). Returns were similarly simple and stress free. Overall staff were very efficient, which is appreciated.”

“Great experience. We reserved a car on the shuttle ride to the rental lot. Facility was amazing. Very clean and looked new. It was wide open like a mall, not some cramped place tucked into a room. All the companies had large counters spread out in space. Very nice.
Alamo was great. Handed clerk my license and credit card. Initialed a few spots and signed at the bottom. Might have taken five minutes. No pressure to get their insurance or gas program or anything else . Clerk asked casually and moved on.
They had a run on hybrids so we got a Rav4 instead of Prius, but we still got 37.5 mpg driving 12-1/2 hours , 815 miles.
Checking in was also easy. Handed them the key and the contract. They scanned some and gave us back the paperwork. Clerk asked how our experience was. I said fine, but there was a rattle in the back. Sounded like the license plate was rattling. He asked if there was something he could do to make it right! Unbelievable! Wasn't an issue, but he was very concerned about my satisfaction.
I was 100% satisfied and will rent from Alamo again.”

“Rian was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service throughout the rental process. My only concern was the location of the rental office. It is not located at the airport, so after taking the shuttle to the rental car center, we had to take a second shuttle to reach the rental location, which added extra time and inconvenience to the pickup process.”

“Overall not a terrible experience, but a little more direction from the individual directing cars coming in would be good. The lines were backed up to the entrance and he kept staring down at his phone and just waving people to the right. Then a large SUV comes and can hardly get in, I ended up moving my rental to a lane further to the right after he finally looked up and realized people could go further over.”
“Liked the concept. I would say Van is just a call away. Have alot of options & colors in Vans. I got booked Sprinter. Fleet is new most of vans are 2025 and above.”
