The reservation process, receiving the car, and returning the car was a breeze. No hidden fees, no extra charges, or unnecessary upgrades, Alamo lived up to expectations and more. Five stars!!!”
“DFW is a challenging place to find where to catch the bus for the rental car garage. The signs make it seem like you’re going to go downstairs and there they are, however that’s not the case. You have to wait for a particular color bus and stand in the location for that color. As a first timer for getting a car at DFW I was a little nervous and confused!! Thankfully I asked another colored bus where the rental pickup was and he told me the color flags is where I need to stand. Maybe put something on the app similar to the directions when dropping the car off saying what color bus to wait for.”
“I visited Dallas area on May 26th 2026 through May 29th. Flexways staff was great and very helpful, especially John. The car was nice, clean and at a very-very competitive on the price. The office is a little bit off the DFW Rental Car center but at that price - you can take Uber there and back and still beat the competitor's price. No issues at all, unlike my previous rents with large rent-a-car companies. Finally, a company that is on customer's side.”

“My first day in Texas and my truck got hit. These guys did everything they could to get me into a rental. I had a previous do not rent from Illinois after making a smaller than a dime spot on a car bumper. The manager did some magic after I showed him the picture and got me into a rental. Put me in a full-size rebel ram. Him and his staff were amazing. The level of customer service I received that day and others went above and beyond my expectations. I've never rented from an enterprise rental store that was this friendly and professional. Whomever trained this team did an outstanding job. Great job team! “It is offside so it takes a while to get there. You have to take the bus to Rental site and from there shuttle to there site,drop off the same.So plan ahead , otherwise it was ok,we liked the car and had no problems.”

“Overall not a terrible experience, but a little more direction from the individual directing cars coming in would be good. The lines were backed up to the entrance and he kept staring down at his phone and just waving people to the right. Then a large SUV comes and can hardly get in, I ended up moving my rental to a lane further to the right after he finally looked up and realized people could go further over.”

“Javonte is the man!!! He was so open and honest about an online rental I made for a large SUV which I needed to have first thing in the morning (like 7am sharp), and he was willing to call their distribution center, call me back, then contact his counterpart at the 2401 Stemmons Fwy location and secured a large Full-Size SUV for me that was being returned to the other AVIS that afternoon, then he called me back again to confirm that it would be waiting there for me to pick-up at 7am the next day. Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE, which is pretty dang near dead in this country, but Javonte stepped up and delivered big time and saved the day! Thank you Javonte!”
“The process was super easy! We rented a van to go from TX to MN for the weekend and we had zero issues! Returning the van was also easy and no issues. Everyone answered my questions and was polite. Definitely recommend!!!!”

Prices are sometimes a little high but we do get what we pay for wich is a good and reliable vehicle.”
“This is a less crowded location close to many things but there were no car options available to serve your interests, they have assigned me only available car which is different from what they have shown me when checked-in online few hrs prior to my schedule pickup on the very same day. Car they gave me is ok though but not meeting my needs. There was only one person handling all the work, so disappoint to learn this. Otherwise I would give them 5 stars.”

“Bought a bucket truck from these guys, and if I could give 10 stars I would. I dealt with Aaron (highly recommend) and he was phenomenal. Not the pushy “salesman” type. He’s a straight shooter and told me everything he knew about the truck. We flew down from NC and drove the truck home 17 hours and it drove and ran like a top. I had one issue (completely unrelated-related to them) and Aaron called and texted late at night to make sure we were taken care of and offered to help in any way that he could. When buying used vehicles, it’s always a gamble, but I’d say a 17 hour “test drive” is a very good test! Couldn’t recommend them enough. Had my mechanic look over it when we got home and he had nothing but great things to say about it. 10/10!”
