They were super helpful very friendly and patient I was a little nervous and out of my comfort zone going by my self but they made it amazing and super easy and I love my spooky stitch he's perfect thank you

I got my brother’s birthday bear here. Staff were so nice. The other build a bears are so loud and a lot but this place is perfect when you want something more relaxing.
