“I don’t leave many reviews but I had to for this awesome place!! My husband and I came by about an hour before! they closed, and we probably spent the whole hour in there looking at everything. I ended up finding my childhood Barbie that I wasn’t able to find online for years!! We also got some vintage Pokemon figurines as well as some cards. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable! I highly recommend stopping by if you want a cool blast from the past. <3”
“My son is on the spectrum, nonverbal child, and airplanes are his hyper-focus. He wanted a Sky Mark American Airlines A321, Honors Flight airplane model that was almost $70 and above what I had budgeted for one plane. The staff, went above and beyond trying to make him happy with airplanes. As a single-mother of a special needs child… they have no idea just how much I appreciate them for their support today. “I love this store so much, but it is dangerous because there are always things you can buy. 😱 You walk-in like you might window shop then walk out broke. Great place to take your kids, but dangerous for Millenials and children because too many fun things to look at and or purchase. 😂 I really don't even want to know how much money I have spent here over the years.”

“I walked in looking for a birthday present, and taught I could find the books my self never realized how you can be distracted by soooo many great books! Thankfully an employee must have seen me doing laps around the store that she came over to help me! She was so sweet and helpful! The cashier was so friendly! I definitely recommend this Barnes and Noble for best service!”

“My experience at American Doll was somewhat good overall. My goddaughter was so excited, and I didn’t want anything to ruin her special day, which made the visit meaningful despite the issues we encountered.
Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. We started with lunch, and the cinnamon rolls were extremely hard—like they were more than a day old. When our meals arrived, things didn’t improve. My goddaughter was so excited that she didn’t immediately notice how unappealing her pasta looked. I tried a few bites of my sandwich, and the bread was just as stale.
The biggest letdown came when my goddaughter tried her garlic bread. Her reaction said it all—she mentioned it tasted strange, and she’s someone who eats pasta and garlic bread all the time, so she knows what it should taste like.
Overall, I was not impressed with the food at all—it was some of the worst I’ve had. The only bright spot was our sweet server, who genuinely tried her best to make things right.”

“The sound in my daughter’s bear stopped working within a week, so we took it to the Galleria location to have it fixed.
There was only one young lady working that day, I believe her name was Himena, and she was incredibly kind and helpful. She changed the battery and had the bear sewn back up in no time.
Honestly, my daughter had more fun chatting and watching the “bear surgery” than she did making her bear at Stonebriar. Himena even took the time to help brush out the bear’s fur afterward. Hire more folks like her!”

“I can't say enough good things about our outdoor playset. Purchased from Costco 2 years ago and very high quality. I assembled the whole set myself over a weekend and our set has stood up to every bit of weather no problem.I am the most impressed with their customer service. I've contacted KidKraft twice (once under warranty and once out of warranty), and both scenarios were taken care of promptly and with outstanding communication. Super fast shipping and kids are very happy.I'm baffled with the poor reviews? Not discrediting others have had issues, but I am very handy and knew what I was getting into building this set.”
