“I don’t leave many reviews but I had to for this awesome place!! My husband and I came by about an hour before! they closed, and we probably spent the whole hour in there looking at everything. I ended up finding my childhood Barbie that I wasn’t able to find online for years!! We also got some vintage Pokemon figurines as well as some cards. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable! I highly recommend stopping by if you want a cool blast from the past. <3”
“Came to this location for the first time and it was absolutely awesome! My husband and I came in for RC equipment and accessories and were guided by a knowledgeable and super friendly guy named Steve. He walked us through everything we needed and helped us through and through! And the store (which is really well kept) is the FIRST Hobby Town that had a specific project build that I’ve been searching for over the last year, I was stoked!!! I’d give ten stars if I could! We will definitely will be back soon!”

“My experience at American Doll was somewhat good overall. My goddaughter was so excited, and I didn’t want anything to ruin her special day, which made the visit meaningful despite the issues we encountered.
Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. We started with lunch, and the cinnamon rolls were extremely hard—like they were more than a day old. When our meals arrived, things didn’t improve. My goddaughter was so excited that she didn’t immediately notice how unappealing her pasta looked. I tried a few bites of my sandwich, and the bread was just as stale.
The biggest letdown came when my goddaughter tried her garlic bread. Her reaction said it all—she mentioned it tasted strange, and she’s someone who eats pasta and garlic bread all the time, so she knows what it should taste like.
Overall, I was not impressed with the food at all—it was some of the worst I’ve had. The only bright spot was our sweet server, who genuinely tried her best to make things right.”

“The sound in my daughter’s bear stopped working within a week, so we took it to the Galleria location to have it fixed.
There was only one young lady working that day, I believe her name was Himena, and she was incredibly kind and helpful. She changed the battery and had the bear sewn back up in no time.
Honestly, my daughter had more fun chatting and watching the “bear surgery” than she did making her bear at Stonebriar. Himena even took the time to help brush out the bear’s fur afterward. Hire more folks like her!”

I assembled the whole set myself over a weekend and our set has stood up to every bit of weather no problem.I am the most impressed with their customer service. I've contacted KidKraft twice (once under warranty and once out of warranty), and both scenarios were taken care of promptly and with outstanding communication. Super fast shipping and kids are very happy.I'm baffled with the poor reviews? Not discrediting others have had issues, but I am very handy and knew what I was getting into building this set.”
