“I felt bad that they require the staff to wear the masks regardless of whether or not they have been vaccinated or have gotten over the virus. It is purely political as well as a worry about liability from the attorneys. The staff is qualified and they have a great selection. From the time we ordered and paid it will be 5 weeks before we get our plumbing fixtures...and we ordered the ones that didn't have the long wait.”

As we were loading our pickup he was coming out of the building. He came over and helped us load our truck. BRIAN VICK was such a gentleman. Lowes is very fortunate to have people like him. “The cutting glass machine was broken/out of services in the 2 stores INWOOD AND LEMMON AVE / NW HIGWAY AND 635, where I make sure with the manager JARED, to confirm if they could help me in the 3 location. In order to stop wasting mi time driving all over Dallas… then I came the way to 11333 E northwest highway, also here they didn’t have someone to help cutting glass even though the finally here the machine was working. Thanks to Mrs. BRAD MURPHY sales representative took “ the shoot” and he tried to help me practicing how to used the Cutting glass machine. After couple of broken glass HE SUCCESSFULLY cut the glass that I need it. This guys needs a raise or a very good appreciation. I asking if he has cashapp or Venmo to give some tip, he was like “this is my job no worries””
