“I have a very unusual cutting tool with insulated handles used by electrical utilities. I have used it to cutup brush for almost 50 years. The cutting blade had become dull.
Took it to D&R they did a great job 1) at a lower cost than I expected 2) finished the job sooner than expected 3) I would recommend them to anyone with something that needs sharpening”
“I bought a pair of Milwaukee safety glasses over a year ago during a event Milwaukee was doing. I needed some but wasn't looking to spend 25 bucks. But the cute young girl talked me into it. She said at anytime the glasses fail. ANYTIME. Just bring them back and home depot would switch out no questions asked. i said sure. I never thought they would ever actually do what they said. But 3 weeks after buying I happen to be there and sure enough they swapped. then today it's literally been six months . i went in to purchase some other things. Just happened to stop by. I said hey, these are lifetime guarantee and Chris at customer service swapped out. No questions asked no issues.Best purchase ever. no, I will say why I was returning was not a faulty product.It was just wear and tear I put on them. And they stood by that product”

She has been with the company for years and has amazing product knowledge. “Bought my son a welder for his 16th birthday. Needed supplies, so I stopped by metroplex welding with a bunch of stupid questions. Told Jason what I needed, and ask what should I get. There's a lot of choices when buying supplies for welding. And I certainly do not know what was the best option. He told me what I needed, and what I didn't need. Got me set up for TIG, mig, and the gas needed. Definitely a place I will return. Because you don't know what you don't know. Told him I'd be back after we were ready to get more stuff.
