“Our experience was amazing due to our waiter Andy. He was awesome! A freaking rockstar! If you see this we love you Andy. He was funny, confident in his suggestions and recommendations, and knowledgeable about the new menu options.
I would have given 5 stars but I am not a big fan of the change in menu options. With this change, The roasted chicken just isn’t the same and they’ve changed out the standard 14oz ribeye for a 14oz wagyu steak. Now don’t get me wrong, I love wagyu steak, but sometimes I just want a standard ribeye. RH use to be one of my favorite restaurants but probably will not be a frequent visitor as much as we usually are.”

“I have a very unusual cutting tool with insulated handles used by electrical utilities. I have used it to cutup brush for almost 50 years. The cutting blade had become dull.
Took it to D&R they did a great job 1) at a lower cost than I expected 2) finished the job sooner than expected 3) I would recommend them to anyone with something that needs sharpening”
“Great experience with The Jarrell Company in Dallas! I was warmly greeted when I walked in and soon had the opportunity to meet with Taylor to discuss purchase options. She has been with the company for years and has amazing product knowledge. I had researched the items on my purchase list but still had questions and she was able to easily provide additional information that was a great help to me. The holidays delayed the shipping but not a problem. When the items were ready for delivery I was contacted and a delivery time confirmed. The super customer focused office staff was so helpful in coordinating a delivery time for me. Delivery man Jose notified me when he was about 30 minutes away from my house. He was careful in moving the items from the truck to the garage for temporary storage, and he was courteous and friendly. This is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a purchase/delivery. “DECEMBER 7, 2025. Earlier in the day I remembered something I needed while I was stopped at a red light. Across the street was a Lowe's, so I decided to go there. The employee was helpful in locating the product in their database, but it was only available online. I only had one choice. Go to Home Depot! When I entered the store I was greeted by everyone working at the front desk. I told them what I was looking for, and Itsuki found the item in their database. He walked with me to the isle, and very quickly found exactly what I needed. When he checked me out I realized the price was much less than Lowe's for the identical item. I have shopped at various Home Depots for many years, and have purchased several high end appliances and products over the years. Even though this was not the big sale of the day, Itsuki treated me like it was. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Good people who work here + good quality products + a good diverse selection to choose from + good customer service = 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google Reviews! My words of wisdom are..... Don't waste your time at Lowe's. Go to Home Depot!”
“Bought my son a welder for his 16th birthday. Needed supplies, so I stopped by metroplex welding with a bunch of stupid questions. Told Jason what I needed, and ask what should I get. There's a lot of choices when buying supplies for welding. And I certainly do not know what was the best option. He told me what I needed, and what I didn't need. Got me set up for TIG, mig, and the gas needed. Definitely a place I will return. Because you don't know what you don't know. Told him I'd be back after we were ready to get more stuff. Friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. Don't be afraid to be honest and ask questions. I went about 10:00 a.m., he said early in the morning It's a zoo because there's so many people picking up items. So if you need to ask questions and don't want to get lost in the shuffle, time your visit.”
