Did the two class trial David the owner is incredible! As far as this style of workout and facility great price for what you get. Highly recommend trying this if you are looking for a HIIT style workout that is instructor lead. He leads and motivates. Great people in the classes as well seems like a solid community.

I really enjoy this gym! I have been going for almost a week and got a membership! Workouts are challenging, however the trainer is good for alternatives if you truly need it! It is an environment with encouragement which is very helpful when you are committing to a health journey!!
