Feeling like a complete beginner, I was scared to jump into training and thought I would look like a complete goof.I started training with Cody and realized what a great environment Trophy fitness is. Cody is an excellent trainer who not only holds me accountable, but provides me with custom workouts that will help me reach my goals in a healthy and realistic way. Although some workouts may be difficult, and I may complain… they are always appropriate for my body and fitness level. Even outside of the gym, Cody will send check ins and meal plans to make make sure I am on track to reaching my fitness goals.I was always skeptical of personal training, and thought “what can I trainer provide me that I can’t get on the internet for free??” Well, I was wrong. I am in the best shape I have ever been in in my life. Overall I feel healthier, happier, and stronger. I no longer have that anxiety going to the gym, and I look forward to it each time I go.Trophy fitness overall has been amazing. The facilities are always clean, the staff always friendly, and the amenities provided are awesome. If you are scared to start on your fitness journey and need a trainer, I can’t recommend Cody and trophy fitness more!”

“5 stars all the way - this place is a life saver, literally! The whole lockdown from the pandemic and hitting the age of peri-menopause, I was really in the worst shape of my life. When I decided to 'get back into the gym' I couldn't do anything. I started out doing pilates at a studio, but kept seeing this cool little place called F45 filled with happy, sweaty people, and great music coming from within. I signed up, and was so scared my first visit. It was hard and I couldn't do a lot, but I did what I could. And today, many months later, I feel SO GREAT. I can do things I couldn't do before - box jumps, heavier weights, etc. I am so happy I decided to come in that day. If you're looking for something different than a normal 'do it yourself' gym, then give this a try!”

She plays the best music to get you motivated to workout (even at 7 am!) If you are new to working out, Amrutha does a great job of breaking down form and pushing you to meet your goals.Overall, this gym is fantastic and I am so happy to be apart of this community!”
