I've been a client of many banks in my life and based on my personal experience I can easily say that Alfredo Cruz of Capitol One on 2903 forest Lane Dallas is the most customer oriented nicest soft spoken caring and absolutely a beast when it comes to banking knowledge expertise and knows all the tools to do your job guy.Alfredo is by far the most accomplished well trained and superbly skilled banker that I have ever experienced in my life.Alfredo has excellent people's and communication skills and he can solve any issue concern or complaint in few minutes without any assistance from anyone.This gentleman care about the well being of every customer and treat them like his own family and go extra mile to take care of them and I have observed all his qualities with my own eyes several times over a period of time.What surprise me the most that not only Alfredo customer service skills are off the chart but his job knowledge and skills are off the wall and he always make sure customer doesn't leave the premises unhappy and not completely satisfied.Based on my personal experience dealing with Alfredo Cruz I can easily he will become a great branch manager and move to a bigger and better capacity and no matter which branch or dept he works that branch or dept.will be a top notch place to work because of Alfredo existence and I applaud Capitol one to hire such a top notch banker like Alfredo Cruz and sky is the limit for this incredibly talented banker who not only a top notch banker but even a greater human being.In the end I will strongly urge folks to visit this capitolone branch on 2903 forest Lane in Dallas and receive the world class customer service and unmatchable job knowledge and work ethic of Alfredo Cruz.Thank you Alfredo for always treating me with respect dignity and class and you are the number one reason I give my business to Capitol one and will continue to do so.Have a bless evening.Take care.
