Came to deposit my check. Do I like the bank ? Yes. Do I like that they take more time than Wells Fargo to have funds show up in your account ? No. I bank with both and I like them both but Capital one has been good

Went in because I had fraud on my account and felt uncomfortable dealing with it over the phone. I was greeted by Alfredo who jumped right in and took charge. He took the time to help me and made sure everything with my account was ok without me having to ask. Great customer service!

The best branch I have visited in all dallas the whole team is very helpful. I live in red oak and drive all the way there because they have the best costumer service. Keep up the good work guys
