This place was the complete opposite. 10/10 recommend Titan. The man that owns it is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and fair. I got into a little fender bender and I went to one location first that quoted me at almost $2,000. My car is old and probably only worth about $3,000 so I was not super thrilled. I went to Titan and they looked at it and said I only needed my fender replaced, not my bumper (which I agreed) like the other place said. They quoted me at $759. This was all I ended up paying. On top of this, he called enterprise and got me a huge discount on my rental car. Everyone that worked there was so kind and made great conversation with me as well. I felt like I was being looked after on top of my car getting taken care of. I hope I never have to use them again (no more accidents), but if I do need an autobody shop, I will 100% come back here and I recommend them to my friends/family.”

They have done multiple services for me including vinyl wrapping one of my vans (actually my wife's van and she loves it!), and the cost is much less than a traditional paint job! They also put ceramic coatings on my Mercedes Sprinter van that I use daily for work. The coating offers more than protection, it helps keep it cleaner for a longer period of time. My wife complimented my attention to keeping the van clean and shiny, and asked why there were fewer scratches and dings (from rock chips) than my previous van? “The quality of work done to the vehicle was excellent. I’m talking specifically about the bodywork and the paint job. My car is black and there was dust or some other material all over the car. Now I will admit, I didn’t give them a clean vehicle when I left it. But, when I got it back, I had to have it detailed. There was still debris on the vehicle, Some sort of dust or film all over car and a thick layer of white dust all over the interior. It’s a black car, I’m gonna notice those things. Other than that, the communication was very good.”

“Called about a recent backseat window shatter. They answered immediately and gave me a quote. They had something for next day and had a quote fast. They even offered to come to my location and clean up any mess. That's amazing! I set up the appointment with them easily. Half an hour later they said they would actually fit me in same day. I of course accepted. They kept me updated on how long it would be and when they got here. They said 45 mins but they got it done in like 15-20! So fast!
I recommend them! They were very empathetic, communicative, fast, and efficient. Had a good price as I had called other locations.

It was so simple! No hiccups. Customer service Is fantastic. And they did a great job. The glass actually looks better than the glass that was originally on the car! I highly recommend Mr. Glass.”
