“I have been bringing my car for service here for more than 20 years. They have always been honest and serviced my car methodically. I am sorry to hear that the ownership is changing.”

“Update after car pickup: despite the frustrations listed below, they did a perfect job restoring my car and perfectly matching my notoriously hard to match paint and keeping insurance from totaling my beloved car. So I've revised my rating to reflect this quality of work They have had my car for over 3 months and refuse to give me any possible end date still. They told me they were in the final stage 2.5 weeks ago and I've heard nothing back since then. I get an update maybe once a month from these guys, and it's only cause I call in to ask where my car is. I would not recommend to anyone to do business with any part of Freeman Auto Group at this point. Go somewhere where they actually care about their customer service.”
