“Amazing collision center! My Hyundai Santa Fe was broken into (shattered back window) and the thieves attempted to hot wire my car but failed - they completely ruined my ignition and I couldn't even start my car. I looked at reviews online and decided to use Freeman Hyundai. The rep that I spoke with told me that I could bring my car in right away but they also immediately told me that it would take a while for my car to be completed (due to the parts that would need to be ordered). I appreciated the transparency and decided to go ahead and bring my car in. I had it towed there at the end of June and it was completed mid September in perfect condition. From the moment I contacted them, the communication was top notch. Snow and Bernadino (the 2 reps at the collision center that helped me) were extremely kind, helpful and communicative through the entire process. Every time I contacted them, they either connected with me right away or got back to me in an extremely fast manner. They also contacted me immediately any time there was an update on my car.
