This place should be called Casa Trash! I come sometimes to visit my niece and the parking and green areas are full of trash. You’ll see diapers, cans everywhere, water bottles, pieces of food, everything. The garbage is full of trash all around too, it seems like the residents are too lazy to actually throw the trash inside of it so it’s even worse around it that the parking. The apartments are okay but they’re roach infested. I mean if the neighbors keep their apartments as nasty as the parking lot it doesn’t matter how much you clean the apartment will stay roach infested.

Never had an issue with maintenance. Always gets things done in a timely manner. Update: docked two stars. Security is a joke, and the office can't do anything about noisy or constantly loud neighbors. There's trash from new tenants, and they leave their clothes on the fences and hanging from trees. Maintenance takes for ever to do things, and pisses about instead of fixing stuff. The appartments are filled with roaches, and they claim to spray for bugs, but it causes them to migrate from place to place. Things are down hill, and no end in sight yet.

It has been officially 3 month since moving in and so far I like it here. It is quiet and whenever I had a concern, it was taken care in a timely manner. There is a roach and gnats problem. Hopefully after a few more sprays it will no longer be a problem. The AC keeps going out but the complex doesn’t want us to have window units. Other than that. Not a bad place.

The repairman didnt show up and complete the job. The verticle blinds in my apartment still need to be repaired or replaced.
This has been an onging battle since lve moved in.
Hopefully this will get CasaLuna motivated.

I recently visited Casa Luna Apartments with the intention of touring an available unit. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a series of unprofessional practices that I believe are worth highlighting.
Upon arriving , I found a sign on the door instructing visitors to call for assistance. I promptly called and inquired about scheduling a tour and obtaining information about the apartments. I was advised by the leasing manager, Ashley, to apply online and pay a non-refundable application fee without having the opportunity to view the unit first.
This process raises several concerns:
Transparency: It is standard practice in the rental industry to allow prospective tenants to view a unit before committing to an application. Requiring an application and payment without offering a tour or unit inspection is not only unprofessional but also lacks transparency.
Application Fee Policy: Charging a non-refundable application fee before allowing potential tenants to see the property is problematic. Prospective renters should have the opportunity to evaluate whether the unit meets their expectations before making any financial commitment.
Consumer Rights: In Texas, while there is no specific state law addressing the issue of viewing apartments before application, fair housing practices encourage transparency and integrity in rental transactions. Prospective tenants should be able to make informed decisions, which includes seeing the property they are applying for.
Additionally, when I requested corporate office information to escalate my concerns, property management informed me that the corporate office would give me the same response. This lack of responsiveness and refusal to address my concerns further demonstrates the lack of professionalism I experienced.
I had looked forward to moving into this complex, but due to these issues, I cannot recommend Casa Luna apartments The application process should be revised to offer a more transparent and tenant-friendly experience.

Thank you very much for the spontaneity over maintenance. Water was leaking from my ceiling in the hallway, probably an air conditioning failure. Since the technician came to repair, everything is in order. Thank you Casa Luna.
