I have a delivery for Target.. i entry at gate c and call the number there.. the gay tell you go to for 19-20 for check in but in that door is a no go.. you go door 1 for target... people is rude but unload 5 pallets pretty fast

Terrible communication. Had a delivery driver lie about a package delivery attempted. We took off work for the delivery and nobody came. We have 3 dogs who bark when they the door is rang. We also have cameras. No attempt was made to deliver. They called and rescheduled for 2 days later. We took off of work AGAIN to be home. Nobody showed up and when we called to ask why, they said it was changed to the following day and showed our appointment for that day canceled. Nobody communicated this to us and we didn’t not cancel. We now took TWO days off of work. Completely unprofessional. This will be our last time using CEVA. We will make sure we use a different carrier in the future.

If you’re delivering Target stuff check in at the gate “C” right off of 17th street. Check in at door #1 or #20My appointment was for 8:00 I checked in at 7:30 they started unloading right away.There were no other trucks coming in or out at this side of the building.. very good

Bought a TV via amazon that was shipped out thru this company Was never able to reach customer service via their website either by email or phone spent an hour on hold before giving up. Finally had to look up the closest regional office and call them directly to get any answers which took 30 minutes will never use any service by this company again and any third party shipments thru them will be canceled and fulfilled some other way. 1 star only because zero isn't an option

Fantastic company with stellar service.I had a 72 x 96 oversized package that was accidentally delivered to the wrong address, due to improper labeling by the shipper. ?I saw the delivery novice within just a few minutes of the delivery confirmation - not to me and not my signature.It could have a mess, but when I called the calm and collected Kierra in CEVA logistics customer services, I told her the issue.Kierra kindly placed me on hold, jumped through hoops and multi people to find out what happened, where the oversized package was, talked to dispatch and ultimately the driver and came up with a new retrieve and pickup plan - Kierra, MAJOR kudos your way! You are a rockstar.Rodney, our dedicated driver, called me right away and assured me the massive box would be recollected and redelivered. He rearranged the schedule, was able to pick the massive box and got it to us before 6 pm!Massive appreciation to our driver Rodney (thank you, thank you and thank you!!!) and to CEVA for all the efforts to correct a wrong wasn’t theirs and got it right. Gratitude and thanks y’all for wonderful people and wonderful service - 5 star plus service. ?Rodney was wonderful

Absolutely terrible experience with these guys. The 2 times that I have used them for home delivery, they never showed up for delivery or even called. I had to call them & track down my own package & have the delivery rescheduled. When I ask why my package wasn’t delivered, they don’t have an answer & “have to get back to me”.

This company is horrible at communicating and even worse at scheduling. After 1 canceled delivery, one no show/no call with zero assistance from customer service, they finally deliver the 600lbs shed kit They ignore my repeated requests to put it where showed them, on the driveway, which was all of 8 ft further on a concrete driveway, so I could park my car. I am really disappointed that the vendor used this 3rd party delivery company and will never order from them again if this is their standard delivery company. CEVA Logistics is not a good choice.
