Chase Bank is horrible. I opened up a new account and was 3-5 days I would have my debit card. It has been going on 2 weeks. Horrible customer service at almost every branch that I have been to or called.

The customer service was excellent! I was greeted by s friendly associate who made sure that I had everything taken care of. It is somewhat hard to locate with the many buildings and train stations nearby but it is a great place to do service with.

Won’t provide services unless you have an account with them. They’ll let you wait in line 15-20 minutes before they inform you too.

Chase Bank has become the worst banking experience I have encountered! Remember when you give the bank authorization to act on your behalf....they mean on their behalf! Every month it's some charge they deduct from your account for their benefit not mine! If they do it to me they are doing around the world! This type of banking is theft from the customer! I prefer to never ever do business with Chase again! Overall there reviews are on the low end! No Thanks! I don't need Chas in my life!

Never have to wait too long, never seen them understaffed, and if you walk in at closing they'll serve you first. A+

Need more people to answer the phone. I think I was given too much money in Susan B Anthony coins. I called to let them know. The automated phone told me everybody was busy and call an 800 number. The phone system then disconnected me. Somebody's till is going to be $5 short. And, I wasted my time trying to be honest.

Ian Okoli the manager is knowledgeable, helpful and polite. I have never had better service at any bank. This is my go to bank when I am in downtown Dallas.

Went to talk to chase about opening an account. They asked me to come back another day. I said no and all of a sudden they decided to check if anyone was available. Before this point he had not even checked if anyone was available. In the middle of checking to see if anyone was available another customer came in and began to ask a few questions (no problem with that) instead of saying something like give me just a second and I'll get with you instead he stopped to have a ten minute conversation. At this point I walked out and he seemed mildly concerned.
